The council chamber is located inside of a mountain that has to be entered only a certain way. The Council chambers are well decorated with diamonds and emeralds that reflect the light from the room all over inside of the chamber. It has 6 seats that all go around a table. Each chair that goes around the table has a name on it. There is no leader in the council each member has to listen to the next in order to come to an all agreement.

 Zeke opened his eyes as he sat in his chair. The rest of the council wasn't here yet and even so Zeke didn't care he was here to keep the order in the Shadow Village just like the rest of the council. Zeke stood up out of his chair and walked over to the window and looked out of it. As Zeke did that he was looking down at the village and smiled. It was nice to see his village in such peace. They had an alliance with the Flame so they had allies with another village. Zeke then said.
"We have to do what we can to keep the peace going between my clan and the Datenshi clan then everything will be alright."

"Your clan is indeed an interesting one," a voice spoke out in reply as a the door slowly closed behind him. It was a rather steady, calm yet cold voice. He stood 6'0 tall weighing every bit of 185 pounds wearing a dark red and black garment. It was Shitake Kurosuna of the Black Sand, the second council member to show up behind Zeke. At first few of him, you would think he was always depressed, but he rarely smiled, rarely became angry, rarely showed any type of emotion period. Shitake walked over to his chair in the council room and stood behind it before speaking once again, "The Sataka clan... He sighed as he placed his right hand on the top of the chair slowly rotating it to the left, and then took a step to his left to take a seat in the chair as it rotated back towards the table. He placed his hands on it crossing them as he looked towards the window in which Zeke stood at. "There is no history to that clan is there?

Zeke continued to look out the window when Shitake asked him if there was a history behind his clan. To those who where not born in the shadow village the history of this village has two clans and Zeke decided he would finally tell Shitake about it.
"There is a history behind my clan Shitake. You would call us the Senju clan of the Shade country back in the war days when there wasn't a village. We the Sataka clan don't have a special kekkai genkai ability that most of you have. We specialize in Darkness and Shadow jutsu but, that doesn't mean our whole clan will be able to use both darkness and shadow jutsu. Im apart of a proud clan who never back down from anyone. We don't seek to take control over the shinobi world we wish for peace if a thing called peace will ever exist in the shinobi world."
Zeke paused for a little bit as he turn his head towards Shitake. Zeke was explain his clans history which would mean explaining some of the history of the Datenshi clan. It seemed that like Zeke thought Shitake only came to the Shadow Village from another place. You would consider him a rogue-nin back when he first got here. Zeke then turned his head back to the window and continued to talk as he said.
"Our first enemies where the Datenshi Clan. We didn't have anything against them or anything we just didn't want to let them rule the land which the Sataka ruled. So instead of falling under there control we decided to fight back. When we decided to fight back the war of the land of Shade began. This war lasted for decades. There wasn't a winner and there wasn't a loser. Both of the leaders of the clan back then came together to have peace between the two clans and all the lesser clans in the land of shade. With this the two clans lived together for years before decided to make the Shadow Village. As you might be thinking even with the peace treaty there had to be fights between the two clans. If your thinking about that then yes there was."
Zeke then turned around and walked over to his chair and stood next to it. When Zeke stood next to it he said to Shitake as he was sitting down in the chair.
"The Shadow Village is what really made the peace between the two clans last so long. My grandfather Arama Sataka became the first Kagekage. It was agreed by everyone in the village. When his time was up both the second and third Kagekages where both Datenshi Clansmen. Now the fourth Kagekage is my younger brother Soma Sataka. Oh yea i forgot my clan settled the whole south region of the Land of Shade. We learned from there how to live in darkness just like the rest of the people in the land of shade at the time. It seems that we will never see the light of day until we leave the village and the land of shade."
As Zeke was sitting in his chair he placed his hands in his pockets and rested his feet on the table of the council which was in front of him. When Zeke did that he looked over to Shitake and said to him with a calm and serious voice. It was really the same tone he was using the whole time he explained his clans basic history to Shitake.
"Shitake as the first outside member of the council. Would you tell us the past behind your clan and the country you came from."

((Ooc: Sorry for taking some time to reply, personal issues.)) Shitake sat quietly listening in his chair, to what Zeke had to say about the clan as if he was telling him a short story. With all the reasons to find the Sataka clan an interesting one, he found more reasons behind the history of it. He had a few questions or so to ask him, but they were more than likely to be irrelavant so to ask was pointless, it was just for the conversation to pass time. Zeke then asked for an explanation for Shitake's clan, but for him to say a bit on his clan he must give more than what he has asked for. He then closed his eyes, leaned back in his chair to relax himself, and then placed his forearm on the arm rest of the chair and leaned back. He sighed catching a breath before opening his eyes and turned to look at Zeke while leaning on the table again. "My clan is complicated. To tell you about it is to tell you about my past." I was created a shinobi after the past village Kage Gaara within Sunagakure, they wanted to continue his legacy for his power was said to be incredible, for so I've heard. Using the elements of wind and earth made sand, though a scientist named Masheik, my creator, added the element fire and thus, I was created. How I ended up within this village is quit the story and a blessing I'm still alive today. I was supposed to die back in my village, but I left and ended up here. I suppose your Kage saw something in me, and though he was supposed to kill me, he kept me alive, but for what reasons are unclear." He looked out the window than closed his eyes... "That's my story, there are no others like me, not yet at least.

Zeke was still leaning in his chair. He looked at as he talked about himself. It was strange though. The kage was suppose to kill him. Yet the kage didn't. Zeke knew this but, even for him he wouldn't kill a young boy who was on his own and took the time to travel here. Zeke smirked as he said to Shitake.
"It was good the kage didn't kill you. You see you are a good shinobi and will be a good council member. There will be things you will learn about the shadow village from the rest of the council members. I will say this don't take the rest of our village history as being something evil. We never really killed for the fun of it. We always had a reason to kill someone."
After Zeke said that he opened his hand and a pendant was in his palm. It was a pendant with a picture in the middle of it. This pendant showed his true friend and himself they where buddies and will always be buddies. The picture was of Kazumei Ashitaka and himself. This picture of them was taken by a fellow shinobi who caught them fighting off a bunch of leaf shinobi who where trying to kill them. Zeke smiled and said to himself.
"Those where the days."

Shitake turned his attention from Zeke towards the window, for the years he had been living in Kagegakure, his eyes became used to the darkness, ajusting very easily to light and day and even pure darkness. He could see around the village as if it was clear as day, it took time to getting used to, but it happened. Anyways, hos composure was lost for a while, revenge on the Sand was all he wanted, somehow being in this village altered his thoughts and goals to a less important place within his mind. The Kage showed him people don't have to be like that and now look how far Shitake has gotten within the shinobi world. He never told anyone how he really felt and really he never would, he kept everything private. He sat there in his chair thoughtless for a moment before speaking, "Where do we move on from this point? I sense things will become intense sometime soon..."

Zeke sighed to himself as he closed his eyes and with his arms crossed. Things where becoming intense and it was all something that he knew would happen the moment Xzaro left the Shadow Village for reason no one knew. Zeke looked at Shitake and said to him.
"Right now Shitake we can only hope that with Xzaro's return to the village he doesn't bring a war with him. Ill have to say this to you though. If other village shinobi come for him I don't think there is anything we can do to help him. Soma might try and help him but, thats my brother. He will help anyone who he feels needs it."
Zeke was always different from his brother. Hell Soma never beat him because Soma let his emotions guide some of his actions in his training matches with Zeke. At the same time Zeke knew that Xzaro would bring problems for them and the village. If anything he knew that if Someone wanted Xzaro dead bad enough it was going to happen. Zeke then opened his eyes and looked at Shitake and said to him in a calm yet serious voice.
"What do you think will happen."

Shitake closed his eyes, in remembering Xzaro, he was his close friend. Shitake had hearing the sad truth said nothing about it and showed no emotion on it he just had his eyes closed. However, Shitake was something different, if he wanted something, he would fight for it, he was a little odd indeed, but always kept his composure. Part of Shitake wanted to let his friendship with Xzaro speak for him, however, his shinobi side was what got him here in the first place so he spoke the wise thing. "War will always be brought somehow in this shinobi world, if there is a war coming along with Xzaro, we should only be prepared, however..." There was a pause before he spoke again. The messanger bird heading towards the Kage's office caught his attention when he was looking out the window. To him, it meant war, treaty, or help. Either way it goes, to discuss things with the Kage about the situation Shitake was sure he was only feeling to, was the best possible solution. Knowing Soma he's probably already coming up with a few ideas about everything. "Its only best if your brother knew about everything we are discussing. If war is brought along with Xzaro as he returns, its the Kage's call on what to do." He slowly walked towards the door, hoping to catch Soma in his office.

Zeke knew that he had to tell his brother something about Xzaro. The only problem was. Soma was smart and he knew from the shinobi in the village that Xzaro was coming. Zeke sighed and looked at Shitake as he said to him.
"Im pretty sure Soma knows Xzaro is coming back. There is a problem though. That bird could be anything. I would say that we need to go find Soma and ask him what it was. I know myself that Soma only accepts letters from the Flame. Being that the Flame and Shadow have been allies for decades. Soma must be trying to keep the peace between us by letting them know about Xzaro."
Zeke stopped talking as he stood up and put his hands in his pockets and it was clear to him that Xzaro and Shitake were friends with each other. Zeke knew that this was something that would affect Shitake if his friend was to get killed for something he had no control over. Zeke took his right hand out of his pocket and pointed at Soma who was heading to the Sataka district.
"I know Xzaro is your friend Shitake. We won't hold it against you to help him. Just know this though. We can't destroy our alliance with the flame village. If anything if Kazumei Ashitaka comes let me talk to him. Soma is a good Kage but, talking with Kazumei about this situation would only cause Soma's emotions to take over. He loves the Shadow Village. The only problem is that he doesn't know when to let things go."

Shitake turned and looked at Zeke slowly, he saw his hand pointed at Soma who looked to be heading towards the Sataka district. Typically other shinobi were not allowed within a clans district so Shitake did not move with him towards that direction. He then turned back around and placed his hand on the door, then heard Zeke speak on the friendship of Xzaro's and Shitake. He stopped for a moment and listened to what he said before speaking. "I'll let you and Soma talk things out, inform me on the situation later." He opened the door and slowly closed it behind him, he didn't speak on what was just said, it was a bit difficult but he would not let emotions get caught within his shinobi world, though Xzaro was a little different. Shitake was indeed a strange charater.[Exit]

Zeke got up and decided he was going to leave the council chambers and head to the Sataka District. Before Zeke left he seen that Soma left the village. So instead of following Soma, Zeke just decided to head to the Sataka district. He sighed to himself as he said.
"Soma, Soma, Soma. I hope you can keep the peace."
After Zeke said that he left the Council Chambers and disappear with a cloud of smoke.(Exit to using body flicker jutsu to go to Agnikage's office behind Soma.)
