His newest student was going to be blind, not that this had any real large impact on magic being blind, but there was a certain level of difficulty when it came to demonstrating magic. Zyane would be forced to describe to the smallest detail the ways magic should feel, and he figured that this would be the one class where trial and error was going to be prominent.
But he awaiting at the top of the staircase this time, wanting to assist the young man down if he needed it. Even if he did have a cane himself some help was better than not a all yes?

Drez couldn't wait for his magic class as it was something very different to him and he did have to wonder on how he would be able to work it as he sorta remembered Ligeia showing some of his magic when he was young and found it fasinating but never thought he would be able to do so since he was blind. On the other hand Mora was unsure about this class as she wasn't famillar with magic and didn't know if it could put her boy in trouble that she didn't want him to be in.
Arriving at the right place where his class was going to be, Drez opened the door and slithered in with Mora slowly following in behind him as she looked around as Drez's tongue flicked in and out to get his bairing. One he had located that his teacher and slithered in that direction. "Hi I'm here for a lesson and I'm Drez and this is Mora," he said as Mora butted his hand for a petting as she was unsure of this place.

The teacher was use to his students bringing in their dragons for the classes, he smiled cheerfully at the dragon who was introduced to him as well Drez.
"Well done my boy, I am glad you are here on time, come now spit spot we have much to learn today." The teacher launched into his greeting getting distracted by his own excitement before he turned and started down the stairs.
"There are many steps lad, make sure you are careful." He instructed as he turned back and headed towards his throne like chair.
"My name is Thaddeus Zyane. You may refer to me as Mr. Zyane, as I am your teacher after all. Tell me Drez this is your first time learning spells is it not?"

Drez petted Mora's head to reasure her that things would be alright as she gave a small sqweek as she wasn't total sure but would go with it for now. "Thanks and ok," he replied as he started to follow his teacher.
"Ok and I will," Drez said as he carefully navigated the stairs as he made sure to use the hand rail as he slittered down as Mora followed close behind.
"Its nice to meet you Mr. Zyane," he said as he smiled more as he was excited to be learning magic and wondered on how he could. "You are right this is my first time learning any type of spells," he added.

The teacher was elated and beyond happy that this was Drez's first class. Not that he felt him superior to other magic teachers but he found they always managed to make the field study such a bore.
"Well now, this is a treat! Yes for today we will learn what is your core magic then! And from there derive your future studies in magic." He chuckled happily to himself as he walked a bit ahead.
"Come now sit, there are many pillows on the floor,no chairs so get comfortable." He instructed he himself standing close by as he knew visual's were not needed.
"Now since this is your first time, you will have to know what to look for, or rather feel for." The older gentleman began to explain. "See magic is apart of everything...deep inside of you slumbering waiting to be woken up. I want you to search inside yourself and look for it. Ask it to awaken and bring it to the palms of your hands."
