After being defeated by Kirby, Nightmare wanted to come back for revenge and try again to take over Dreamland. He needed to get powerful so he searched for a source of power. He searched not only in Dreamland but also in other universes. That's when he located the Chaos Emeralds. But when he found them, the emeralds reacted and created a space time rift with both worlds, having each cilivilan co-exist with one another since their worlds blended in from the rift.

shortly after the strange rift something is coming out of the sky on a board " wah!" a girl shouted as the board hits the ground getting stuck and smoking, as jewel trys to sit up holding her head " ugh... oh..." jewel looks around" uhh where am I...I thought was near mystic ruins..." jewle looks at the board and shouts again " no no no! he'll kill me when he finds out what I did to the hover board..." jewel said as she shivers picturing shadow yelling at her for breaking it

Shadow was standing on top of the old structure in the Mystic Ruins, "Where could she have gone to?!" He said, sounding a little angry. He then noticed something appeared fro the sky. "Hmm?" He then winced, "Ngh! What in the world? Was that... a chaos emerald? But..." He looked around, "I feel...it's energy... every where..."

jewel gets up off the ground as she carefully walks over to the board witch has black smoke coming out of it as jewel coughs removing the cover ".. I am so gonna be in alot of trouble....I don't knwo how to even fix it..." jewle said startign to put it out of the dirt as she ends up on her back as she sighs puttign the board flat on the ground, as she scratches her head " oh... now what do I do...should have paid more attention to sensei..." jewel sighs her ears going down as she then notices a town " ah! a town! I can ..." jewels face turns blueish" I can't call sensei... I'll have to try and get parts in that town...." jewel said starting to walk toward the town holding the board under her arm

A few strange looking kids were running and both noticed Jewel. They gasped and started running away.
A big orange figure, who is wearing an apron and a chef hat, came out what looked like a restaurant, "What a nice day!" He said with a big smile.

jewel tilts her head scratching her cheek " eh? whaty were those things..." jewle said seeing the kids running away as she has to stop putitng the board down pointing up making it look like a rocket " sensei... where are you...." jewel sighs her ears going down shes tired from carrying the board from the hill to the town as her stomach rumbles " .....hungry...wonder if they have food in this town " jewle said grabing the board again and carries it looking around for a food

The chef looked over at Jewel, "Ah! A strange customer!" He waddled toward Jewel, "You seem fatigued from hunger! Care to try out my dishes? First plate is free for a weary traveler!"

jewel blinks looking at the orange blob before her as she tilts her head as she smiles " ah! yes please! um..." jewel said looking at her board as she points to it " do you know where I can get parts for my hover board?... and where am I?..." jewel asked

"Hover board? No, I've never heard of a hover board... nor a hover board shop...." The chef said, "But this town is Cappy Town." He smiled, "So what is it that you want as our free dish?"
Shadow arrived at town, investigating, "Hm? I don't recall this place here in Mystic Ruins..." He said to himself.
A woman Cappy walked out of her house and noticed Shadow. Shadow also looked over at the woman.
"A....A....a demon beast!" The woman shouted.
"Huh?"

there is a small indent in the hill where something has crashed, while jewle looks more confused "c...cappy ....town?" jewel blinks " uh?...can I bring my board with me? to see what you have to eat" jewel asked her stomach rumbling again " should have ate before practice...."

Shadow backed away a bit when the woman ran back to her house, "A-A demon? Me?!" He then looked over and noticed the small indent, "Hmm..." He frowned, "Just where is this place?"
"Er... yeeeaaahhh bring that piece of junk in and let's get you something to eat. Hmm... I'll bring a special!" The chef said and ran to the kitchen.

jewle goes inside as she looks for a spot putting her board standing up near the wall next to her as she scratches her head 'don't remeber anyplace on earth that mentioned this place....some forein country maybe...far away island?' jewle asked herself as the looks at the board " wonder if it will still fly...."

Shadow just continued wondering around.
"I heard there was a demon beast here..." A voice spoke.
"Hm?" Shadow looked over, "Who's there?"
"A demon beast who can talk? Interesting..."
Shadow then found the source of the voice. Someone was sitting on a branch of a big tree that is in the middle of town. He looked up, seeing a round figure with a cape and a iron mask, holding a bright yellow sword.

jewel looks at the board while shes waiting checking on the power core".....if I remeber this control it.. and it doens't look damaged... maybe it can still fly..." jewle said as she puts the board back seeinf the orange cheif coming back as jewel looks at him " what is the speciual you made?" jewel asked jsut really wanting somethign almost anythign to eat " I need to eat quickly and get back to my sensei before he gets very angry.."

The chef placed the plate on the table, "Well no worries! Remember, the dish is free on us! " He said with a bow.
The figure jumped at Shadow, who moved aside.
"Just who are you?" Shadow said, slightly looking down at the figure since it was short.
"An introduction? Sure... they call me Meta Knight." The figure responded. Meta Knight lifted his sword and began slashing at Shadow, who quickly dodged it as well.
