Ok, I have been trying to keep up with bumping everyone's quests, bump boards, etc. I'm having a hard time remembering where I left off when I go back to my subscriptions page. Anyone have any suggestions on how they do this without getting confused, because the obvious to write down which ones you have bumped for the day?

I'm talking off the top of my head without checking but doesn't your subcriptions page have when you last posted in thost threads? Or you could check your last posts fromthe forums main page

It does which I was going by last night when I finally got them all subscribed to. I went in today to bump and by the time I got back to my page, someone else had bumped and I kept getting lost was to what I had bumped and what I didn't.
Maybe I'm better off doing it later in the evenings.

roocee Maybe I'm better off doing it later in the evenings. actually no time is good...i normally go by my subscriptions but sometimes i run into someone bumping same time as me... razz Plumy razz ....so what i have started doing is i have a check list and i go down it....you could also just come to the guild and just click the links in the important links thread...that way you can keep up...those are a few things i try to do myself wink

I usually use a quest thread list and open each one in a new window, then close it after my new post shows up, but after I open the next one to post into.
Sometimes I open them all at once.. but that can be a bit overwhelming. (anyone ever hear of someone being 'underwhelmed???)

Well I will probably go through the important links. Seems to be my best bet for now. I only have a small amount of subscriptions that arn't purkle related and those are easier to keep track of as they are basically for my info only.

I usually go with the rule that if I'm not on the last page, I need to bump it...

The way I do it is start with the lowest thread on my subscriptions, and once I've clicked submit on my bump and it goes to the next page (the one with 'click here' to go to your post, or whatever), I just click Back twice, look at whose thread this was (as a quick reminder,) click back once more to see my subscriptions again, and then click whatever thread is above it. Using the back button like this, my subscriptions stay in the same order always, no matter if other people are bumping at the same time as me or not. And then I just go up the list from bottom to top!
I used to be able to bump them in a specific order that I'd decided ahead of time, but now there's too many to remember like that!

I don't know how many of you use FireFox to access Gaia, but this browser does a neat little "highlight" is the best word to describe it. When I click on a quest link, the new one opens in a new tab, and when I close that tab, the link I last clicked on has a little dashed line all the way around it. That's what I use. And, should I be bumping at work and for some reason lose it or wahtever, I jsut open the last link I think I bumped and look at the last page--quests never move THAT fast.

WickedBlueberry I usually go with the rule that if I'm not on the last page, I need to bump it... Same here... sometimes I merely look for myself in the last post, as some of the threads can go several hours or days with out many bumps it seems
