I just got the dvd and finished watching it a few minutes ago. Jamie Fox did a great job of playing him. I cant get enough of the music in this movie!

I picked that up last week, and watched it on Sunday. (with the extra scenes, of course)

Great film. After watching it, i went into a Ray Charles kraze. I went up to a piano, closed my eyes, and figured out changes to 4 of his tunes that were in the film. It's actually pretty fun playing the piano blind. I seem to get into the music more (at least when i hit the right notes...)

Kenpo Great film. After watching it, i went into a Ray Charles kraze. I went up to a piano, closed my eyes, and figured out changes to 4 of his tunes that were in the film. It's actually pretty fun playing the piano blind. I seem to get into the music more (at least when i hit the right notes...) That must be cool if i could play piano like that i would do the same but i cant without looking at the keys sweatdrop Hahah cool the movie won two academy awards Best Actor in a Leading Role: Jamie Foxx Sound Mixing: Scott Millan, Greg Orloff, Bob Beemer and Steve Cantamessa

MHHornfreak I just got the dvd and finished watching it a few minutes ago. Jamie Fox did a great job of playing him. I cant get enough of the music in this movie! omg! I love that movie so much! It was really good.. he did do a good job playing him.. it would've been so nice to be able to learn how to sing and play like the pro with the pro!

yeah i saw that last night it was a great movie. the amazing thing is jaimie foxx plays piano and sings during the whole movie

did you know that he's the guy who sang "hit the road jack" the original version? i didn't know that for the longest time!! My gramma and mom used to always sing that song =)

Love that song. And it's great that a man not be hindered by something like being blind. I haven't seen the film, not owning a TV or access to a video store (oh the trials of university! crying ). I do love his music, even if I can't find much on my computer.
