Okay. So maybe I'm a little bit backwards but I started buying up games for my ol' game boy advance. One of which included the Eragon game.
So far, I've played it for two hours...and am still on the first day in Carvahall. Or well...the day when you're going to get money to pay Horst back. Yes, all I've been doing so far is spending a healthy amount of time levelling up and getting money and.....
I found the start kinda weird cause um..I know Arya and the elves have to lose to Durza so I didn't really put up much of a fight there (but imagine someone getting distressed over losing the first boss fight and then having the storyline just move on from there...It went against all my gaming instincts!!)

I have the PC game, but our last computer was lame and didn't have enough memory, and this computer is a mac and won't support it, so... Yeah, until I get my own PC, I'm not playing... sad

You could always get parallels and then be able to play it! Although I guess Parallels isn't worth it if it's just for a game...
Murtagh's just appeared in my game. It's quite amusing cause he's dressed completely in black and well..black hair, pale face...compared to all the other characters...he just stands out so much and it's amusing.
A lot of things annoy me about the game (and it deviates slightly from both book and film) but at the same time it's easy and fun and with the little pixelated characters, imagination still comes in to play...so it's closer to the book than the movie, I guess.

YAY! YOU REACHED MURTY! Sorry, I'm a fangirl. I thought his hair was dark brown... although computers don't always have the best visual output.

He looks a bit like a vampire, to be honest. razz
I found a corner of a map which must be glitched for the high level pokemon monsters that can be found there...and levelled up Eragon, Saphira and Murtagh to over 100 before I left that tiny spot. razz And now I'm doing the same for Eragon, Murtagh, Arya in a section of Du Weldenvarden. I'm still not sure how far this game is going to go because there was a side quest thing to find a legendary sword said to be made for the sole purpose of killing Galbatorix (but the rider who was carrying it to kill him stabbed himself instead). Oh, and I went into Du Weldenvarden and prevented Urgals from doing some dark ritual with the blood and bones of Arya's two travelling companions...
I'm meant to be heading to the Varden, actually. But I've always liked mindless levelling up! blaugh

I have the game for XBox 360, but unfortunately, my brother has the console. He is already moved out. :/

That's...sad. Buy a new console? razz It worked the opposite way for me when my brother (+family) moved overseas for work. They moved everything into the downstairs/basement-like area of our house so I got to pillage what I liked. And when he came back, there was all this stuff that he'd bought whilst overseas...so we kept his tv, set top box, playstation 2...and a random assortment of things.
Also, welcome! (And Wicked is awesome).

Does Arya look anything like her BOOK version in the game? Or is she still a blond human?
