GuardianNamine Somebody told me today Brock is leaving the show!! Is that true? >O< That's what it seems like after this past Saturday's new english episode. D: He's all set to go off and be a Pokémon doctor with his newly-evolved Chansey...
From what I saw on Serebi.net, Ash gets joined by two new gym leaders when he goes on to the new region. It's like the new Brock and Misty.
Boooo...

why dont they just replace ash, hes never gonna accomplish the goals he set out to accomplish (which he has seemingly forgoten about) and his stupidity and constant battle amnesia is holding back his pokemon.

He has actually been getting better with his battle finesse and strategy - unfortunately, so have the gym leaders and trainers. That's why it seems there hasn't been a whole lot of improvement.
In each of the Leagues Ash competed in, though, he's gotten a step further. He reached the quarter finals in the Sinnoh League, so maybe come this next one he'll hit the finals. Whether he wins or loses is anyone's bet, though.

Whether he wins or loses is anyone's bet, though. In honesty, I think his use of realistic strategy has decreased over time. He seems to use game mechanics more often now, but uses of the field and real-time strategy seem either gimmicky or uncreative. Remeber the battle with Gary where he actually used the field to his advantage by melting the boulders and having Gary's Blastoise Hydro Pump the superheated ground, creating a wall of steam? That was intelligent use of real-time, real-life strategy.

I watch Best Wishes in Japanese olny thing that keeps me hooked is that Team Rocket had finally become alot more hardcore and not as Pikachu obsessed now. And that they are more like secret agents than twats

And as the battles themselves are uneventful and mostly cheap moving action backgrounds with cruddy 3d animation, its like the writers and animators arn't putting in any effort anymore.

Wait until you watch Best Wishes episode 7 (for dub viewers) and see that he never uses his brain or the Pokedex to check a certain something on his Pokemon.
I wish that one day that they will make an episode, or at least a scene, where someone gets really mad to the point of wanting to kill and attack relentlessly.

Razthedemon Is Ash still giving away his best pokemon? I stopped watching,Primeape, Pigeot, Haunter, Charizard.....who else has he given away? Technically he hasn't caught or owned Haunter since it never showed him using a Pokeball on it and that it just followed him to help him for one thing.
