When you get blocked: The moment has to be where you are, if not you just aren't in synchronicity with the flow.

Finding Forrester= Awesome movie. Why? It taught me how to deal with writer's block. Just write whatever comes into your head until you actually hit on a good idea. Or if you just re-type an article or novel or something you can come up with great ideas. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand I was going to say something else, I do believe, but I'm afraid that my memory sucks and I am easily distracted. Drat.

Nice poem. smile
Writer's block...I get it all the time. I just pause for a moment and then continue typing, thinking of ideas as I type. *Shrug* Works for me.

Great poem. Very to-the-point, I think.
I deal with writer's block by talking to my main characters about stuff that doesn't have anything to do with what I'm writing. I just chat to them about whatever, and soon enough, the conversation will get turned to what I'm supposed to be doing, and...hey presto, I'm looking at my work in a whole new light and I'm inspired again!

The characters I made up. I have spaces for them in my head, and when I want to talk to one of them, I simply...knock on their door, for lack of a better term. Call me crazy, but it works.
