SignupsThe Institute of Pokemon Training and Breeding is a facility built on Thel Island, a large island near Sinnoh. Every year in August, ships from all regions carry young trainers and breeders to the Institute to start the school year. You are currently getting off the ferry, ready to take your first steps in Pokemon Training and/or Breeding.Dalton packed up his bags and steadily joined the sea of teenagers moving from the Kanto boat and onto Thel Island. "Oh Dalton!" A few girls cheerfully called from behind. He recognized them. Some pretty trainers from Celadon and Cerulean City. He remembered them from last year. From their looks, they haven't changed one bit.
Stepping onto the island, Dalton swiftly made his way over to the battle grounds. Every year, the teachers would allow the students to have a free hour before the headmaster arranged everything, to do what they pleased. Dalton always headed out to the battlegrounds, eager to battle some old friends, or some new meat."Professor, it seems the first boats are starting to arrive." A female voice spoke, to what seemed to be the back of a chair. The chair spun around, and a tall woman with long, lustrous purple hair spoke. "Good. Give them the hour we always have, tell the others to get ready."

nitori started walking off the boat shyly and carrying her backpack with several metal gears and other robotics inside it as she walked to to the shore watching schools of magicarp and remerade swim past
ehh....i hope this school is more diffrent than the others...i sure do hope there are people like me....yet not super nerds...i hate super nerds....

Josh sat back on the boat that left from Sunnyshore in a reclining lawn chair on the deck, headphones on loud as he petted Blaze. A calm, relaxing trip. "Back to school, huh? Lets see what kind of fun we can have this time."
Eventually, the boat came to port, and Josh stood up and collected his things. He recalled his pokemon, then walked to the battle grounds to find a seat in one of the bleachers. By now, he had taken off the headphones and let them hang loosely around his neck. The speakers in them were good, as he was demonstrating by blaring music through them, turning them into a portable stereo system. The music was loud, hard, and to some, obnoxious. Finding a seat, he sat back and put his feet up on the bleachers in front of him, boots making a loud clunk as he set them down. Josh ran his fingers through his hair, which was black with blue highlights, and sighed. This is why he caused so much trouble, he was too easily bored.

nitori kawashironitori looked around at all the poeple walking off the ship sadly why do i feel out of place....well...i can alredy see some of the social classes.....*she looked first at aralyn*....shes a beauty....*then she looked at josh*...hes most likely a ace.....hmm alright only a year or two here then i will be free as a staraptor....

Dalton stood at one end of the battlefield, and a male trainer with long brown hair stood at the other. Dalton asked him for a battle on his way here, and he agreed. In the bleachers, Dalton noticed a boy sitting there, watching. Dalton remembered him. Josh. He was the one who set a teacher's desk on fire last year.
"Nidoking, go!" The trainer on the other end called out.
"A Poison type, eh?" Dalton thought. "Xatu." he calmly said, as the green bird emerged from it's Pokeball. "Use your Psychic attack. Take out the Nidoking quickly."
As the battle enraged, more people began to show up, watching the battle. A lot of them were new students Dalton hadn't seen before. Xatu had already defeated the Nidoking. Now it was Dalton's Magneton against a Skarmory.

Ѳne ɦand σn ϯhe ϯrigger... ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ╔══════════════════════════╗ Rain stepped off of the boat that had come in from Vermilion and she looked around at the people who had already begun to arrive. Well so much for being early... She walked over to where the crowd had gathered and saw two Steel pokemon battling. She rolled her eyes and moved to another area. Steel types had never been high up on her list of favorites. She went to the paths that led to the academy and smiled to herself.
"This'll be fun...won't it, Abby?" she asked her partner. The Absol nodded and seemed to smirk. Oh yes, it would certainly be fun.╚══════════════════════════╝ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ...Ѳne ɦand σn ϯhe ɦeart.

After the long hours in a seat on the boat, Joon quietly admired the school as it finally came into view. Loki and Gaia climbed up Joon's shoulders and their eyes glowed with excitement as they took in the view. The trio was whispering joyous whispers about their stroke of luck, with what Goldy getting them rich, and now getting them into an amazing school.
The boat bellowed a low horn, and Joon as well as the other teens shuffled to the exit. The first thing the Joon noticed was the overwhelming amount of perfume used in the large gathering crowd. Back home, the only pleasent smell was Gaia's bud whenever he was happy. Joon figures that his mother must've bought her self a box full of perfume for herself by now, though.
But Joon's excitement didn't last for very long. Gaia nudged Joon and brought him back to reality. "Where am I? Where do I go? Is there someone who'll help me out?" Joon rarely gets nervous, but now he is. When he's nervous, his face turns bright red. But then he gets embarrassed, and he only gets even more bright red. He stuck out like cherry in a glass of milk. As Joon ran away into a little corner to calm down, Loki snickered. Joon was used to Loki acting this way, so he didn't mind.
When Joon calmed down, he stepped back out and took a much more clearer look at the island. Lots of cute girls biggrin , thought Joon. There were a few adults wandering around but other than that he saw that a lot of other teens just chilling. With a deep breath, he made his move and started talking to some people. And then he flirted a bit.

The Skarmory fell to the ground, electrocuted from Magneton's devastating Thunder. As Dalton readied another Pokeball, his opponent recalled his Skarmory and forfeited.
"Aww, you're done already?" Dalton whined. But his opponent had already left. Most of the trainers swarmed around Dalton. He recognized most of their faces. A lot of them were people he beat in battles a lot. In the crowd that didn't swarm him, Dalton noticed a girl with beautiful blue hair. "Who is that lovely woman?" Dalton thought to himself as hearts grew in his eyes. He swiftly approached her and knelled down, holding out his right hand. "Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Dalton. What might your name be?" Magneton floated behind Dalton, a clueless expression on its three heads.
"Attention everyone." The loudspeakers shouted over the entire institute. "Please make your way over to the main building. There will be a station set up for you to find your assigned classes. Thank you."
As the announcement rang, Dalton got up and grabbed the girl's hand. "Allow me to lead you to the main building, ma'am."

Lynda strayed off the boat, and hurried around trying to figure out where to go. A battle caught her eye and she stopped to observe a Pokemon battle against a Skarmory.
As the battle ended, Lynda listened to the booming speakers and began to follow some other people, unsure of where the main building was.

nitori was ignoreing the poeple battleing at the arena and she pulled out a super rod out of her bag as she did she saw two large balls of red light 'haha this looks like a perfect catch!' she said as she reeld it out but soon after the lights dissapeared and something under the water yanked the rod right out of nitori's hands 'hey i payed good money for that! magnimite thundershock!' as her magnimite attacked the water a huge tentacrule roared out of the water and smacked her magnimite away 'aww...crap....'

"Guess it's time to go, ce yeah ladies, wink " explained Joon, as he bids the ladies farewell and simply followed where everyone was heading after he heard the speakers.
"Oh my God thanks Gaia, I can't believe your perfume worked!' Whispered Joon to Gaia. She simply smiled at him and then gazed off to the crowd. Joon took a quick look at Loki. Her tail was wagging around in circles. She usually does that when she is very excited. Joon remembered Loki looking at a battle that attracted a crowd, so he's guessing they'll both see a lot of battles later on.
After hearing the rest of the announcements, he followed everyone over to the Main Building, where he saw a bunch of stations with other people by them.
I wonder who my teacher'll be? I hope they won't be a pain.

Silver Gurufine  A tall young woman stepped delicately off of the ferry, sauntering forwards to see the familiar walls of the Institute. This wasn't her first time here at the famous Pokémon school.
She sauntered confidently through the sea of students in the yard; some of the underclassmen shifting out of her way as she passed like the proverbial Red Sea. It seemed that most students were already on their way inside for class assignments. She had been a tad late, apparently. She clicked her tongue in distaste. That wouldn't do at all.
Crossing her arms over her chest, a scowl formed upon Silver's fair face. She shook her hair, taking care to tuck a stray strand that escaped her headband back behind her ear. The teen took a deep breath and her icy blue eyes zeroed in upon the school building. Silver regained her composure, fixing a smile upon her face and heading for the door.
A small first-year student made the mistake of running out of the building and right into her. A scowl flashed across Silver's face, but it was gone before the next moment in which Silver shoved the student aside in one graceful, powerful motion. With a mischievous smirk, Silver at last entered the Institute. now, the party don't start 'til I walk in.

Aralyn Cascade If there is magic on this planet, it is the purest of water. Aralyn watched with an unwavering interest as the battle came to a close, students cheered all around. The more popular of the two was the victor. Almost as if to respond to the abrupt ending of the conflict, a booming voice echoed through the speakers placed around the campus. Then to Aralyn's surprise, the young man stood to his feet and took her by the hand. She was so surprised that she was barely able to register in her mind what he had said to her. With a bright smile she uttered a simple "Sure", and with that the two took off hand and hand. He was rather cute, and most definitely polite, no wonder he seemed to be so popular. As they walked she looked over to him and smiled, "I'm Aralyn, I'm from Lilycove, in Hoenn."
