There never is an ultimate "max" price on any object - most of them do eventually at least keep up with inflation. (If they don't, that should tell you something about their desirability.)

Embarrassed Dream has been reasonably popular, and it's been out of the RIGs for long enough that the supply is dwindling - which means people need to pay more if they want one.

However, since it is a RIG item, there's always a chance (and a reasonably decent one) that it's going to be offered in another RIG. How common it will be and when is always a question. But that's the risk you take with it.
