Why hello, there. I'm Roland, Fire Gym leader of the PWF. I'm also an assistant of Professor Oak in charge of running this archive. See, every week, Professor Oak asks one of us League members to write an article for him, which he then reads out over the radio from Goldenrod City. This article is the "Pokemon of the Week," where one pokemon is selected randomly and talked about. Certain things are discussed, such as what moves the pokemon can learn, battle strategies, and trivia. Once the article is read, Professor Oak sends the article to me to store away here. The records are available to the public, so please, come in and look around.
Here you will find an archive of every PotW, starting from the very first one. You're free to look at them, take notes from them, but this is not a library: They stay here. I suggest you start from the beginning and look them all over, there are some interesting strategies discussed on each pokemon. You just might learn something new about a pokemon you thought was weak, insignificant, not worth even looking at, let alone training.
Well, look around, have fun, learn things. There are, however, a few rules to keep in mind, so let's go over them.

You may NOT post new threads in this subforum: This is an archive for the Pokemon of the week articles, not the chatterbox. Any trash threads will be terminated on sight.
You MAY post in existing threads: In fact, it's encouraged. Post questions about pokemon of the past, ideas, strategies you have, anything really. Someone else might see it, come and discuss it with you, and you might learn something new.
You MUST be respectful: Keep in mind: All our Gym Leaders, Elite Four members, and even the Champion have worked hard on these articles. While constructive criticism is good, be respectful about it.
