The library is a massive creation that was done to allow members of Division One, and anyone else who wishes to learn, to better themselves. Like everywhere else in Division One, flowers abound here but are kept trimmed back by the shinigami who run this library.
Hokona is rarely found here despite his wish for everyone else to use it as much as possible.

 Hokona Mayu 'I like you.... but______________________Hokona stalked into the library and gently touched some of the flowers that were spilling over. It was impossible for the librarian to keep it all controlled by herself and that was why Hokona was here If Tosh agrees...this will be her job. he leaned in and gently held a flower to his face, smiling at the softness of the petals. I hate you too..........................................

 Toshika Melan Toshika had finally caught up with the captain. "I thought you didn't like books." She raised a eyebrow at him. "Run run little mouse, go to your pathetic house!"

Hokona said, leaving the flower he'd been lavishing attention on and returned to Tosh "I can't read." he leveled his gaze on her, his expression reserved and serious "Not much beyond basic letter recognition. But I didn't bring you here for that...the librarian here is overwhelmed. She can't keep track of the books and keep the flowers sufficiently trimmed without help. You, an unseated officer, are going to help her. If you're feeling up to it." he motioned to the thousands of rows of books and all the flowers that spilled over the tops of shelves and windows. He crossed his arms as he spoke "You'll have access to all the books here so long as you help, even the books no one is supposed to read..." I hate you too..........................................

Toshika Melan He was full of surprises, a captain that can't read. But the thought of being able to access any book in the builden was amazing! "I would happily help the librarian and books." Some books desired to be read, some never even touched! "Run run little mouse, go to your pathetic house!"

Take care of the books, the flowers and the people who enter this place." he stared out, intent on returning and finding out what had been so urgent to get Imai to run off but paused "And my illiteracy is not known by many...I'd like to keep it that way. It annoys me to be teased and I'd hate to have to send someone who isn't ready into a Hollow battle." he gave her a pointed and very dangerous look before leaving.

Toshika Melan A sweatdrop went down the side of her forehead, she gulped at his slight threat. "You got it!" She ran in immediatly when he went out of sight, oh the books were amazing! Except they seemed to be everywhere but the shelves. She started to pick up the books people left behind and stacked them on the desk. "Why don't you go do some nature stuff, I can handle this." The lady nodded and went to trim the flowers. "Run run little mouse, go to your pathetic house!"
