This prison is where Prisoners of war, enemies and deserters are put. The head jailer is harsh and sadistic. The cells are outfitted with special rocks that, when struck, produce a very high pitched sound that will knock out the prisoner. This also acts as a signal to jailers to come and check out what is going on. Jailers may also strike these from outside the cell so they may enter. However, if the jailer is not wearing the special earplugs, then they will be affected and knocked out to. Each prisoner has a chakra negation device put on them, as well as a metal blindfold, and shackles on their legs and arms. These precautions make it impossible to preform Taijutsu, Genjutsu or Ninjutsu.
