I did Gustav's "Cheri's Sister" quest line, but when I try to go talk to him about moving on to PS, it just gives me his repeatable quest!
Does anyone know how I could this issue resolved? confused

I actually completed it a long time ago. 3nodding
It was back when I was the proper CL for the quest.

I have the same problem and from time to time I go back with the proper CL but it's an unsolved issue still.
