Eda yawned, stretching. She laughed a bit as she moved, her feet swift and nooisless on the ground. She didn't even have to try to be noisless anymore. She had been trained and hammered on how to do it for so many years, it was like breathing. "Nice swordsmanship." Eda said, coming up behind the boy that could only be Yoshimodo. It was painfully obvious. he should probably had tried to conceal himself in some way, with all the people out to kill him and all. But oh well, it just made her job easier. "The Name's Eda." She held out her hand for a handshake. "A traveler." She shrugged. "I go around and find stuff, then pawn it off to merchants. A bit dull, but at least I get to meet interesting people." Her brows raised. "Are you one of those intersting people?" She challenged. Liars are all around you... ...Can you tell the difference?

Name: Hiro Hikari ((Hiru Harada))
Age: Unknown ((cannot be measured in current dimension or timespace))
Gender: Male
Alignment: Neutral
Bio: In the year 1994 Hiru was found homeless on the streets of a distant village in North Korea. He was six years old when found by Asuka Hikari, who would soon be his step-mother. She was a single mom living a decent life with her only daughter, Haruko, who was eight at the time. Hiru was six, so she immediately enrolled him into grade school. He would be raised normally like most kids his age. He even changed the “o” in his name to a “u”. This was odd, but at the time, it was ignored as childish nonsense.
Hiru excelled academically, despite having no prior education. The only problem they ever had was his behavior. On multiple accounts, from grades 2 all the way up to 6, Hiru was removed from school grounds on multiple accounts of beating up other kids. Each time they would ask him about why he did it, he would simply stare off into space as he hummed a strange melody into a blue gem hanging from his neck. The other kids reported him lashing out for no apparent reason, or that he was just weird, always talking to himself and singing to his necklace. School counselors were useless in getting him to talk, let alone to spell his name right.
Even more strange was the gem itself. Whenever it would rain, Hiru would simply disappear from sight, even in the middle of school. No one ever knew where he went when it rained. One time, his sister had seen him walking into the house when it was still raining. As she looked out her window, she saw the blue gem glowing brilliantly from under his jacket. The melody he sang was eerie, seeming to reverberate in a way that made it sound as if something inhuman were forming the sounds.
Also strange was his obsession with what he called “The White Fox.” He would draw it on everything, a white silhouette of a fox with three tails, three ears, six legs, and three eyes shaded into its face. No other features were recognizable. The symbolism was ignored, and Hiru was left to draw the white fox on anything he desired.
When Hiru was 17, he ran off during a heavy rain storm like he always did. No one thought anything of it. That was, until they began to realize that the storm had lasted for two days straight, and he still hadn’t returned, not even to eat. Finally, the second night of the storm, it stopped, and the sky almost immediately opened up to the stars, making the most clear and beautiful night they had seen all year. Still, it didn’t bring Hiru back.
After two weeks, Shinji Harada - Hiru's home tutor and best friend - was questioned by the authorities, but Shinji could offer them nothing to help find Hiru, as he himself was more shocked and confused than anyone. What Shinji hadn’t told anyone was the message Hiru had left him, scribbled hastily inside of one of his notebooks. The note, in short, told Shinji everything he needed to know - that Hiru wasn't coming back. Shinji quickly tore the paper from his notebook and rushed to see Asuka Hikari in her home. He showed her the note, explaining his understanding of it. Asuka would hear none of it, however, and she told him to leave. To this day, no one has seen or heard from Hiro Hikari.
Weapon: Keeps a pocket knife on his person at all times. Otherwise, will use any blunt or sharp objects nearby. No martial arts or specialized style of fighting.
Appearance:
Miscellaneous
Demonology: The Death Keeper is a demonic entity which acts as both parastie and symbiote. It breaks down the body of its host, only to rebuild it into something stronger and more durable than before. The body of the host will lose all unnecessary organic matterial, which will likely be replaced by the physical body of the Keeper itself. Bones, muscle, and all internal organs will gradually be purged, making way for the complete physical bonding between demon and host.
Although the Death Keeper does not physically control its host, nor mentally, it does award the host many beneficial attributes to their name, namely phenominal physical strength and reversable mutation. Nothing is known about the origins of this entity, but what is known is that it chooses the body of a host at the time of death, weaving its own spiritual pressure between the physical body and the ethereal spirit of the host. This is how the Death Keeper survives, by feeding off the spiritual essence of the host's soul. This behavior is generally considered parastitic. Regardless of what it gives back to its host, its behavioral tendencies are strongly parasitic. All previous cases involve the host abusing the power of the Death Keeper, and exhausting their own spiritual energy until they are finally consumed by the demon itself.

'A battlefield....?'
A thick wood outlined the field in the distance, dark and sheltering to the smaller forms of life who would survive a battle such as the one that'd just taken place. Amongst those creatures walked Hiru, staggering as if his body were covered in wounds. However, on the outside he was perfectly fine. He simply could not find the footing to walk straight. As he glanced out through the trees, he saw soldiers standing around in the field, sweeping for survivors. Now was definitely not the best time to make an appearance.
Unfortunately for Hiru, his body had other plans. Just as he was turning back to go deeper into the woods, his stomach knotted up into a ball and started gurgling as if he hadn't eaten in weeks. Hiru had to stop and press his hand against a tree to keep himself from falling. The pain was so intense that his eyes started watering. Finally, he leaned forward, gripping his stomach with his free hand, and let loose a pile of black sludge on the ground next to the tree.
Almost immediately, the sludge began to vaporize into a thin cloud of black ashes, and the liquid melted into the ground. The tree began to turn black from the ground up, slowly dying as the black sludge coursed through it. As for Hiru, he was groaning as noisily as a person could while vomiting. With all the noise he was making, there was no way the nearest soldiers wouldn't have heard him out there.
'Damn it.... why is this happening? Now, of all times, I had to be sick.'

"The handshake of a fighter." Eda mused. "Strong and firm. Straight and to the point. I like that." Eda put her hands on her hips, rocking back and forth on her heels and toes. "Why am I here? I thought I just explained this. To find stuff. Sell it. Make some money. Battlefeilds like this, well." Eda shrugged. "I don'ty mean to sound heartless or anything, but usually fighters carry around precious objects. Some are worth quite a bit." Eda smirked. "They don't need 'em where they're going, right?" Eda's more twisted and violent side let itself show a bit. But Eda made sure it didn't get out of hand. Besides, there was no fun in a person that was comepletly innocent, and why would she want to be boring like that? Eda's ears caught onto some odd noises. Like someone.... throwing up? "Seems we have company." Eda turned towards the trees where she heard the noise. "I don't know about you, but I'm going to check it out. If it's someone dying, I wanna be first to scavenge." Eda held up her hand in a goodbye as she moved swiftly off, towards the noise. Partially out of curiosity, but also because you don't just kill your victim the first time you meet them. You lead them on before you snap. Eda walked up to where a boy was leaning heavily on a tree, still making noise. "You're making quite the racket." Eda stated the obvious. "You okay? Need someone to put you out of your misery?" Eda's eyes twinkled mischeviously and she smirked a bit. Her hands were still on her hips as she leaned forwards a bit, examining him. The the tree. "You do this?" She asked, frowning. "'S not nice to kill trees, you know." Liars are all around you... ...Can you tell the difference?
