Since the guild is becoming more active, I propose that the Sound village be reopened. What does everyone think? biggrin

I think so since the guild is coming back up (yet again). Firu, I would of join Sound as well with new RPC, but I already have 2. =/

If you are getting permission from the Crew, you need majority vote just like i did with the Rain Village. And then you also need my approval.

Ummm...im kinda not in crew, so i couldnt make one in the crew forum, but this was to ask members if they were up for the idea. Basically, this was the first step. If more people said no than yes, then it stops there. But if more say yes, then I approach the crew about it, and ask them to put it to a vote, weighing the pros and cons of opening the village.

Also, whichever gets to Ten first will decide whether to approach crew about it, mainly because ten gives a good response as to how many would be in the village.
