The new album Lotus by Dir en Grey was just released on 1/26/2011 for those who have not been following the releases. My opinion of this new album is kind of low, though they are bringing back the instrumentals, this is not Kyo-sama's best work as far as vocals. I liked the stuff before this album, but this album could have done a lot better.

Technically, LOTUS is a single, not an album.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed listening to it, but the only thing that really irked me about Lotus was how suddenly it ended. It was like, "do do do- the end." I imagined that a good song like that would have a great ending.
I am really loving the re-recording of Obscure. ♥

I didn't like it. Well, I didn't HATE it, but... it's far from their Hageshisa to, Kono Mune no Naka de Karamitsuita Shakunetsu no Yami, which was GREAT. Ups and downs for diru lately confused I'm not sure how their next full-length album will turn out rolleyes
