I don't really follow the storyline, I just listen to the music.
Gorillaz is one of those few bands out there that's 'fresh', that breaks any genre boundaries and just makes music without making to follow any conventional standards.
Empire Ants and Rhinestone Eyes...I love those two from the latest album.

Not very impressed with the newer stuff, but Demon Days is epic. I got a friend who can tell you just about anything about the storyline.

Aw, man, there's not enough love for the Gorillaz here. I love the group; they always are taking things to a newer level in any genre of music they go to for their albums. It's wonderful and always refreshing.
