A key made its way into the keyhole of the door leading to the gym, and with a twist of said key, led to a low click, followed by the winthrawal of the metal object. A second later, the door slid open both sides, revealing a rather dark but large gymnasium with three game courts and a few other things Rex couldn't quite make up what they were.
Stepping into the polished wooden flooring of the gym, Rex took a deep breath, enjoying the smell of the untouched room. Until now.
Since there weren't anyone there just yet, the boy slid the door close till just a slit was left, then moved over to the switches and switched on the lights. Only till then did he notice another leading from the gym to somewhere else.
Curious, Rex jogged over to said door, laid his hand on it, and attempted to slide the door open. To his surprise it was accomplished easily, and the boy found himself staring into a small hallway. The door to his left sported a sign clearly indicating its purpose as non other than the [insert gender]'s bathroom, and so was the other door a little down the hallway, bearing the sign for the opposite gender.
The last of three doors, Rex slid the door to his right, and to his surprise it led to none other than an indoors swimming pool. Cool.

The wasp mishap climbed up the Raptor-kin's shoulder, whispering into her ear more about the butterflies and who casued them. Making a face she sighed. "I guess I should concentrate on something else..." Honestly she was right, she had to worry about classes, and taking care of her siblings when her mom was at work. She merely sighed again.

Anarish laughed, piecing two and two together. So that was it. "I think you may have a crush on a certain someone," the raptor-kin said tilting her head sideways to glance Aphrodite softly in the eyes.
"And there he is." Anarish chuckled, spotting Rex's tail between doors to the storage room as she stepped into the gym. Then she moved over to one of the benches and placed the stacks of paper on it, before turning around and scanning the whole area for signs of her other students.
Finding none, she frowned and unconsciously clicked her sickle claws on the polished floor, tail swishing back and forth behind her. "Seems like the others aren't here yet..."

"What should I do?" She covered her face. A crush?! She didn't want to be smushed! " I don't want to be crushed!" She flailed quietly. 'If only Al was here.'
'But I am. The cooler is very cold.'

Aiie. Well...
"That's.... not exactly what I mean." Anarish paused, contemplating if she should explain further, but decided against it. This wasn't her field after all...
"It's a normal feeling we all get during some stages of our lives, but why don't you ask your mother? She'd be the best to answer." The raptor-kin's expression softened as she gazed reassuringly at Aphrodite, but hardened soon after as she lifted her head to what was left of her 'class'. Oh well, a private lesson, she'd have to convert this into. But the others weren't going to get off lightly.
"Alright Rex, come on over, I'm starting class!" As soon as the boy was before her, Anarish encouraged Aphrodite off her shoulder, and looked at the two, from one to the other.
"Only the both of you are here this morn- now, but that won't affect the lesson this morning. Now. Can one of you tell me why is sports important to one's development?"
"Sports is important for health?"
"How is it important, Rex?"
"Um... well, sport makes us fit, and this prevents us from getting sick and developing health problems."
"Good. Aphrodite?"

Aphrodite felt much better, maybe Anarish was right and she should talk to her mother about it... later. Flying out of her teacher's hand she hovered in mid air next to Rex&King, thinking for a moment as she was called on she pondered. Smiling she lifted her arm as though flexing tiny muscles. "Sports are good because it helps our bodies get used to physical labor and helps us be productive!" She grinned, she wasn't one to talk though, due to her small stature the only "sport" she could do was DDR.
Al on the other hand with effort lifted the lid of the cooler, crawling out from the cold case. Shivering a bit she dusted off the ice and rang out his plushie arm from the water he took in. Quickly before being seen, he dove under a towel and nuzzle in the warmth.

Viola explored the HQ with no idea where to go.She came to a stop in front of a door."The gym huh? Doesn't hurt to look inside does it?"She muttered and opened the door.Viola looked inside and saw three people well...four not three.She opened the door wider and went inside.Viola examined the people in the gym."Hi!"She said with a smile on her face."I'm new and I was just exploring and I ended up here in the gym.The name's Viola."Viola tried to say it as friendly as possible.

Aphrodite blinked, as she lowered her arm. Staying put, but hovering back and forth in place she looked at the new commer. "Harro." She waved, smiling her typical beautiful smile. "I'm Aphrodite, this is our Sports Teacher - Ms. Anarish." She kept her cheerful disposition, turning to Rex & King. "Annnnd... This is Rex and his brother King."

"Very good, Aphrodite." Anarish nodded, smiling before moving on to address her two pupils - three, if she was to include King. The raptor-kin pondered on it for a while... might as well.
"Oh yes. Just so you know, note taking is a must, though you may do so if you want to," she added, before starting on her 'lecture'.
"Like what Rex had just said, sport is important in the sense that it keeps us physically fit. A physically fit individual is also a healthy one, so we can also say that in a way, sports help reduce, or keep, health related problems at bay. A couple of examples would be heart or cardiac-related problems, and obesity.
What Aphrodite said is true too. Because so much activity is involved in sports, this helps our body to get used to physical labour and increases productivity in a way that stamina is increased, and we will not experience fatigue as often. More work done in a shorter span of time.
More importantly, sports give us valuable practice in improving coordination between our body and brain, that is, making our eyes, brain and muscles work better together. The result is swift and sure movement as we get to know more about our body and physical abilities. Less clumsiness, more grace."
Anarish paused, looking at her students. She smiled as she saw how Rex had turned his body at an angle towards her so King may 'participate' in the class too. Which he did, surprisingly.
"Physical aspect aside," Anarish continued, "Sport is also vital for our mental development. One example would be character building. In every game there are rules, and by observing these rules we can instil discipline within ourself. Also, sports have moral influence; the true sportsman spirit is the spirit of discipline, co-operation, selflessness and fair play. Players are also keen-eyed, watchful, alert, exact, sure-handed and quick-footed, their minds keen and quick.
Another thing, which most don't connect with sports, is that it gives us an endless supply of imagination.
Aannnd, physically active children have a stronger self-image and more self-confidence."
By this time however, King had stopped paying attention, and was staring curiously at the towel in Aphrodite's wagon. Did that thing just move?
Anarish chuckled to herself and pretended not to notice King's new interest in the wagon. She was just about to ask if Rex and Aphrodite had any questions when there was a sudden interruption at the door. For a moment the raptor-kin simply stood there, unsure of whether to drive away the 'intruder', or be polite and invite her to join the class.
Rex turned, blinking at the stranger. He grinned and waved as her as Aphrodite mentioned both their names. "Hullo!"
"Good.." Short glance outside. "Morning." Anarish finally spoke, smiling just a little. "Actually yes, you are disturbing, there's a class going on now." The raptor-kin clicked her right sickle-claw on the floor, head turned to look at the lady with an eye.

"Yes." Anarish replied curtly, her eyes narrowing a little. The raptor-kin's expression was neutral, and she made no attempt to continue teaching. Neither did she offer the woman to stay or partipate in the class...
Clearly, Anarish disliked interruptions to her classes.
Rex glanced back and forth between his teacher and the stranger at the door. Anarish, who had been very nice and friendly earlier, had suddenly become rather cold and intimidating. The boy kept quiet, feeling confused and awkward at the situation before him.

Aphrodite on the other hand, quickly covered her mouth, she was already sitting inside her wagon with a open average sized notebook in front of her, she was already half way done with a bit of the lecture before Anarish's mood turned sour.
