I am assuming you are refering to the episode Grave Danger, in which our poor poor nicky is buried alive in a tiny plast grave crying

It was a very good epi unfortunatly thay had to ruin it with the conclusion of the story this season in the epi Daddy's Little Girl (or something to that effect). But if you ignore that epi then yes Grave Danger was an great example of CSI excelencee. He (Edes(sp?)) should have won something for his acting in that epi but alas he did not.

On a side note Nick wasn't really held captive, he was buried in a box and left to die, the man (Walter Gordan) had no intention of Nick walking out of this situation alive (well we can assume this because he blew himself up)...gee I hope this is the epi you are talking about or else I am seriously runeing it for you...

Poor Nicky is always finding himself in trouble though, he has been held at gun point twice (once by a lady in season one, and second time by Nigel Crane), he has been stalked (Nigle Crane), accused of Murder (the murder of his hooker girlfriendish perosn), and then put in a box.

That was the show i was thinking of too.
Don't forget that Nick has also been kicked out of a window cry Our poor poncho (sp?) I have to say that i did not mind the story line though i thought how the ended it (just seeing the girl sitting in her cell) was a bit of a dull ending.

I saw this episode for like, the millionth time, on Saturday with my friend. I absolutely love it! It's not my number one fave episode (Caged is) but it deffo comes second to me. I kinda wish it hadn't been Nicky in that box but I'm not sure that the story would have turned out the same if it was someone else (like Warrick for example).
Gildra, I agree with you, I think George Eads should have got some kind of award too, the acting was so amazing heart

just love those episodes! Think everyone is right in saying that George Eads should have gotten a award for the super acting in that!

When I saw it out on DVD while in the supermarket with Mum, I hugged the DVD close and didnt let go of it till we got to the checkout! Then sis put it in one of the bags causing me to look through them to find it!

but now I keep having to check to see if it was still there on my shelf next to my other CSI DVDs

My mom and I watched this episode together. We both thought he had died until we watched Nicky's day dream? That was hilarious. (And I'm so glad that he didn't die!)

I felt annoyed that they might kill Nick off, but it is good that they did not. But I knew that there was going to be a sixth season with Nick in it, so I knew he would not be killed in that episode. But it was kinda funny though: -the link is of an screencap from that episode which I edited

I love all the epi. i've seen. I watch it every night.THat epi was so sad.but the epi that concluded it mad me a little more happier.
