This thread is for general suggestions you would like to see in either this guild, or in the game itself. Please try & make your suggestion as clear & detailed as possible, so other members can understand your idea. Also, be sure it's clear your suggestion is for the guild or the game. Once a suggestion is made, I or another mod will summerize & add it to the list in the next post. You can make up your own summary, if you'd like. 3nodding

Bad Example: I want a new forum.

Good Example: [Guild] I think a new subforum for Spam is needed, because the main forum is being cluttered with garbage threads.

Don't worry about your opinion being shot down. All the general rules of the guild & Gaia apply to this thread as well, so no insulting other's suggestions. Constructive critisism is the key.

When discussing a suggestion, please quote it so others know what you're replying to. Do -not-, however, make huge quote trees.

I mainly have three ideas for WoW.

First one which I've already heard is being added to the expansion is more enviroment interaction I guess? I mean I want different weather. I want to be in Orgimmar and maybe once that week it'll recieve light rainfall. Going in Stonetalon and recieving fog. Undercity and getting snow. You get the picture. The point is I'm usually only on WoW when it's the during the day, dawn, or dust in the game. I'm never really awake or playing on the PC when it's during the night and I want to see some changes in the enviroment

Which brings me to my next point is more character involvment. Say if it was raining I want to see NPCs ducking under shelter or snowing Snowball fights. I want to go to TB and see Tauren below hunting Kodo. It'd also be cool to be able to burn down buildings during raids and then a week later seeing NPCs building it back.

Next remove the honor in BG. It ruined PVP. No one hardly has raids because of it and Dishonor which should also be removed. I think the only reward in BGs should be more XP and maybe a small a bit of money.
Or make the rewards greater to raid places. Quests that make you raid an alliance town maybe?

I agree with these. I always thought it'd be cool to have more of that interaction... I spent like an hour in the Undercity on my undead listening and watching all the stuff that happens there hehe. The UC is like the only horde city with that kind of thing. I like Stormwind too for that.

I used to think a way to be able to talk to other factions was a good idea but now I'm not sure... it might ruin that faction vs. faction feeling... But for some pve servers, you don't hate the other faction and want to talk to them... RPing would be fun I think too with that ability to learn languages. Maybe limiting it to only being able to learn one would be a good idea, if they ever did install it.

I would like an explanation of raid looting protocol. My guild is just starting to join big raids, and we are a bit lost. There lots of random rules they assume you know, and I just don't get them.

Like when a nice item drops in UBRS and the Raid leader starts counting down from five and expects you to know that if you need it you roll in the first five seconds. Crazy. I want to know what else I will run into.

I've never been in a large scale raid before, so I can't really help out much there.

Few things I'd like to see in the game:

1) Tailors to be able to make generic tabards. 1g (whatever w/ reputation) - blegh.

2) Blacksmiths to be able to do some kind of field repair on armor. I was thinking some kind of patches that you have to install w/ a hammer, that add a little durability for so many minutes. Say, the lowest would add 10 to durability for 15 minutes. Just something when stuff starts to break down in an instance, & you really can't get to a merchant.

Dyes.

I would like to be able to gather materials to make dyes which would allow me to alter the color of my cloth armor. Obvisouly this would not work for plate/mail portions of a character's outfit, but those sets usually look good, and perhaps there would be a way to do this even with metal armor.

Leather and cloth wearers would be able to possible buy dyes in the AH or farm the required materials and take it to a special vendor who would mix them for a fee.

Specific items would make different dyes. Even just basic color swaps would be fine. Making a red robe with gold trim blue with gold trim. I guess I'm just looking for more character customization. smile

I want to see a Druid trainer in Ironforge in a patch in the near future... It'll prolly never happen but it'd be nice to see.

In the guild here, I would like to see an RP forum. The thread on the front page brought up the idea. Personally, it would be nice as I come from an RP server and would like to to some RP in here during matainence or something, since I'm in a raiding guild that doesn't RP. (Sound familiar?)
Just my two copper.

I would like to see a nice tier set of some level for feral druids.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like druids are the only class for which the tier sets don't fully compliment all the talent trees.

I want Dwarven Druids that can shift in boars and snow leopards biggrin
or at least some new classes....I thought they would put new classes in the expansion, instead of just the two new races....but that was just my idle hope

I think we need a subforum for those who want their builds/talents rated, or for those who want advice on their specs.
Its cluttering up the main page, frankly :/

More classes IMO.

Blizzards sad attempt at a "Blood Knight" was a /fail. Different Mount =/= Different Class. Different Abilities and Playstyle=Different Class. Auto Attacking is boring, no matter how cool you look.

All the classes are getting dull. I want a faster class that uses more then one button.

EVERY CLASS getting a QUEST (not lol, go grind 4 mats) for a good weapon.

PvP not being armor dependant for melle classes.
