For once it's nice to hear someone NOT call it a "Joker smile" or "Joker scars"...

It's meant to be creepy. The Glasgow Smile or Chelsea Grin originated in Glasgow Scotland where some psycho ran amuck and cut people's mouths open along their cheeks. He did it so when he hit them or stabbed them elsewhere and the victim screamed, their face would tear near-completely off.
The half-Glasgow kinda intrigues me about this guy. It gives the idea that he didn't let his tormentor finish, like he fought back or something.
With or without the makeup, I think he's fairly good-looking. He has a nice smile... xd

For one, girlie hero I don't know how you know that but I find it badass that you do ^^
