As the Guild grows so grows the versitility of the guild. Welcome friends to the second generation, creating it's own origions. For your benefit, I've generated two "grab bag" species for your character's to fall under. BIONICS:
Bionicas are simple enough. Obviously as in all societies there are bright minds in Basil and naturally they've preogressed in medical technologies. What does this mean you ask? Well it's simple my dear friends! Bionic humans, vampires, and for the adventurous maybe even lycans! Currently we do not have the technologies needed to produce a fully functioning robot that doesn't want to kill all life on the planet, but we can successful replace organs, limbs, bones, and other tissues with mechanical A.I. (artificial intellegence for all my non-nerds out there) or nerve receptors! Have a prostetic arm fetish!? Nows the time to show it! (Flannery O'Conner reference)

MUTANTS:
Mutants are even simpler! I hate the confinds of specific breeds! Some people love it but I'm just a tad eccentric, so here's my contribution to all of you rebels out there! A mutant can be anyone or anything you want it to be, save a demon. (those are totally different lol) You want your character to be purple with three eyes and a second naval? Sure! Just aknowlege that all mutants have a barcode tattoed on their skin somewhere, have been in contact with either Dr.Speculum and his son Valor (in the Mountain caves in Haven), or Dr.Warwick (in the Asylum, or possibly under it) and have origins revolving around such, and try to be origional, I don't wanna see 42 Deadpools running around (Although her PWNS). Need ideas? I'm certain reading around can inspire you? Like to write but not to read so much? Me either! Ask other members or staff, I'm sure there's a character for you. We all get writer's block, that doesn't mean we can't keep trying! Don't be afraid to jump in! Nobody will get mad infact it's encouraged!
