Faction/Race Monster (Mermaid)
Personality:
Amphi is a quiet natured girl. A bit shy at times, most mistake her for antisocial or a wall flower. Yes why she is shy, its more that she likes to watch and listen to people and adjust her responses to be according, she likes to choose her words carefully and her thoughts even more so. Everything she wishes to come out of her mouth is to have some sort of strong meaning, to emphasize the point she is trying to make.
Naturally intutive, Amphi feels confident enough in her people reading skills to assume that she is reading a situation right. She is caring, open and very motherly to a limit(she's easy to be overworked or gets scattered enough that she's unintentionally neglectful) to the ones she reads as in need of such. Firm and Harsh in others. Its hard to get her angry really, and the only tell time is when she becomes monotone and silent. Sometimes though, after she feels that she has given all she has to give at least emotionally and physically or she is plain overwhelmed with constantly trying to read a situation, she retreats to a day of solitude, where she lets nobody else's feeling or problems affect her so and focuses solely on herself.
She doesn't like responsibility though, and has a hard time maintaining a healthy relationship with doses of reality. She doesn't like feeling she has to do something even though she really does, and the more she feels like she doesn't have to, the more likely it will be that she won't do it.
That being said, the only time Amphi truly feels like doing something is if it is creative and fun. She loves to sing, constantly. When she is alone, her voice comes out with usually a sad and haunting like melody. Or when she is swimming, because of her nature of being a mermaid, she is more comfortable and calmer in water.
HISTORY:
Amphi comes from a long lined clan of man-eating mermaids, originating with the god of the sea Poesidien and a Star goddess from the constellation of the Pisces, the sign of two fish. After so many years of being hunted by humans and hunting humans, the clan, now small and completely female moved to the Halloween world and became fascination and a sweet nightmare to the humans, a long line has not returned and instead feeds off the FEAR instead of human flesh. They tend to stick together and move in schools in the oceans of the Halloween world, stopping when the night is fullest in the spring when their patron goddess constellation shows itself to pay tribute. Because they came from both Sea and Sky, this clan was granted the ability to move on land with legs and speak the language of the land.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Of the older mermaids in the clan, Amphi had heard of the school from her sisters as a place to learn everything about their abilities and mastering them. As tradition, every Pisces mermaid was to attend the school when they had come of age and so Amphi was sent to the school to learn what she could about humans and mastering her mermaid abilities.
FEAR:
Siren's attraction: Coming from a clan of man-eating mermaids once prized for their beauty and attraction, her ability stems from enticing beings with song and her looks, and once she has enchanted them, she can draw them from whatever they are doing, hypnotizing them in a way.
Because of her youth though and her personality, her "enticing" skills are very weak, often she can only get you to "look" at her for a minute or so.
(The stronger she gets, the longer she can hold her victim in a trance)
Natural Ability: Aquatic Affinity - Amphi, being a mermaid, can communicate with sea creatures and such, as long as she learns their language (different creatures have a different language that they speak to each other). As of now, she has learned the languages of whales, dolphins, reef fish and reef sharks. In addition, she does pick up their languages quickly and can become quickly diverse in her speak.
Physical Description: No real Idea so far, Just needs lot of blues and some fins. Will probably make a tektek Hnnnn.
Eye Colour: Electric blue
Hair Colour/Style: Black, White or a Paler Blue.
Skin Colour: Pale white
Clothing Style/Colours: Light clothing, heavier on the arms. Likes thigh high threaded sandals.

Hey Nyx! Got a couple questions/comments here, hopefully they'll help you out! <3
Her Name: Why does she have a Japanese name? Pisces is a Western astrological sign, not related to Eastern Zodiac at all (which follows the Chinese Zodiac), so it seems pretty random and nonsensical to me. Her fish even are named after Greek Gods and I believe it was the Greeks or Romans who came up with Astrology to begin with! My suggestion would be to make her more Western, maybe even Greek!
Faction: I'm not so sure a demon fits here. I don't want to say Monsters, either, because there's so many... Maybe she could be a Reaper? There could be other Zodiac Reapers, too, that way, and eventually other star signs students could exist and they could have a gang and a horrorscopes club!
Personality: I think her fish don't need to be included in her personality section, it just clogs up space there and distracts from what's important to this specific section. Beyond this, I am not so sure she feels or acts like a Pisces. I am one and I don't really feel similar to her at all, while when reading about Pisces personalities on hororscopes websites I really feel like they have me pegged. I'd suggest studying thoroughly what is expected of a person born as a Pisces and pick and choose from that. She doesn't have to be everything they list, but she should have a few very key traits that make someone say "Oh, wow, she's probably a Pisces" if they know their Zodiac.
Enrollment: Her reason for enrollment seems pretty weak. Her parents were tired of her talking fish? What are her parents, since they must not be Pisces/Zodiac Demons (Reapers? <3). The two fish seem like they'd be a constant for Pisces Demons, not just her. Is there any particular reason she's so interested in learning about people? Does she have low social skills? This could be fleshed out.
Natural Ability: Does she have one? What is it?
FEAR: This FEAR might be able to work, but the fact they're equated to "ninja stars" specifically instead of, perhaps, knives, makes me look back on the Eastern influences she already has that don't make a lot of sense. I like them eventually turning into a sword together, but I think for now they should work like daggers? Daggers can be thrown, too, and fish aren't exactly shaped like stars. If you changed her to a Reaper, as well, they could eventually form into a scythe, maybe around year 3?
Appearance: More Asian/Eastern inspiration in her design that rubs me the wrong way. Even for a Demon, she really doesn't scream Pisces or even anything Astrology related to me. Horns, wings and tail don't scream "fish" or "star" and she could probably have a much more unique appearance if she was a Reaper. Sure, they look more human than most other Factions, but there's a pretty unique looking Drow-esque Reaper already in the student body so I'm sure you'd be able to come up with something!
Either way, I really like the idea of something Pisces related (I'm a sucker for the Zodiac, seriously) so I really hope you get something working for her and I hope this helped. Hopefully I wasn't too harsh xD;; It's just my opinion!

I dunno what you had planned for hair, clothes, or anything, but I felt the need to tektek xDD  The hair's kind of a non-point, I mostly picked it because it looked like it was floating in water and I think that'd be a cool little thing for her to have, regardless of what her hair looks like C8

Once I get more time I plan to go back and do things over, I am very glad you got to her first LOL
Its funny because I am a pisces too but I never really feel like my horoscopes are spot on anymore XD
HOWEVER THE SMALL PIECE THAT I FOUND I WAS LIKE D8 Adaptable?!?! Well yeah thats me LOL OTL
