What were you trying to do here? These cards do not work with GladBeasts, and it's rather insulting to a Glad player like myself. So, to help, I'm going to break things down by category.
Monsters:
First and foremost, half the monsters don't belong there. There's no need for Gandora through sangan.
Second, too many dead draws. GBeasts are toolbox cards. You want your main objective to be able to summon the cards you need when you need them. The big hitters of the deck are the fusions, Gyzarus and Heraklino.
- The crap -1 Murmillo - Alexander - Samnite - Spartacus
+2 Laquari +3 Test Tiger +2 E Hero Prisma +1 E Hero Stratos +2 Cyber Dragon
Spells:
Probably the biggest piece of fail I see in the deck: Polymerization. You do not need polymerization in this deck because they use "CONTACT FUSION" which returns fusion materials to the deck.
Just as well, the only "Good" card you have in the spells is Monster Reborn.
- All but Monster Reborn +3 Book of Moon +1 Dark Hole +1 Trunade +1 Cold Wave +1 ROTA +1 MST
Traps:
Not much synergy here. Just bad choices in most cases.
Keep Solemn,Chariot and CoTH and drop the other stuff +1 War Chariot +2 Bottomless +1 Torrential Tribute +1 Mirror Force +3 Waboku-> I cannot stress enough that this is one of the BEST cards for GBeasts +3 Trap Stun
Extra Deck:
Glad beasts don't synchro. The whole point is to keep them out of the grave and in your deck so you can recycle recycle recycle. With this in mind, along with the changes so far, Stardust, Majestic Star, Ancient Fairy, and Blackwing Dragon are out. As well, Draco equeste should be gone too.
Extra Deck should consist of: 3 Gyzarus 3 Herklinos 2 Chimeratech Fortress Dragon -because you have Cydar and Gadgets are a pest.

well maybe this deck wont work for you but for me it works very well cuz i know how to use it and im trying to get test tigers for the deck too and i have no need for Cyber Dragon,E Hero Stratos,E Hero Prisma at all cuz first E Hero Prisma sends my monsters to the graveyard and i will have to try to get it back from the graveyard Quote: Keep Solemn,Chariot and CoTH and drop the other stuff +1 War Chariot +2 Bottomless +1 Torrential Tribute +1 Mirror Force +3 Waboku-> I cannot stress enough that this is one of the BEST cards for GBeasts +3 Trap Stun i need the defensive tactics for this deck cuz its one of the best cards for the gladiator beasts and sorry to say but i will never add a trap stun cuz it negates my trap cards to and i will need to use defenisve tactics and i don't like torrential tribute cuz it also destroys my monsters too and sorry if this sounds like im being rube witch by the way im not trying to be and im not either

Furry Slave Mist well maybe this deck wont work for you but for me it works very well cuz i know how to use it Protip: Lose the newbie thinking, and fast. It works for you, great, because you're inexperienced. We're not your friends. We don't just look and play and go "Oh, cool!". It's not about what works for you, it's about what works mechanically. And here, if you're going to challenge people (my alternate account is Mustard Like Soup, by the way) and reject advice, then you had better be prepared. Are you familiar with who Michael Kohanim is? He's the one who took Gladiator Beasts to the top, winning Shonen Jump Championship Philadelphia back in 2008 and then placing second in the US National Championship 2009. This may not all seem interesting to you, but I play with this person. Every time I step out of my home for a local tournament. I live and breathe around Gladiator Beasts, and I underestimate absolutely nothing when I say when we duel, I will grind this deck to dust. So, please. Don't be so quick to reject what is easily a vast improvement of what you have now.

Cyber Dragon. Can you say "BEAT-STICK"? When you come up against decks that can summon a 2000 attack beater on the first turn, your Gladiators are toast. No GladBeast that hasn't been tagged in can beat that. Cyber Dragon has been one of the top "beater" staples, for any deck, since it came out. E-Hero Prisma.Yes, I realize it sends a monster to the graveyard to use it's ability. But tell me this, when you can't draw that 1-of Bestiary in your deck, but you have a 4/40 chance of drawing Prisma or a card that can search it, it doesn't seem so stupid to use Prisma and send Bestiary to the grave you you can Contact Fuse for Gyzarus, or send any other G Beast to the grave and use Test Tiger's effect. Example: Summon Prisma, use effect, send Bestiary to grave, Prisma is treated as Bestiary, contact for Gyzarus, pop two cards, attack, tag out for laquari and Darius, Darius summons Bestiary from grave. From here you can spam Gyzarus again and end up with Bestiary back in the deck, or Summon Heraklinos and put them back in your deck. E-Hero Stratos. I understand that, if you are not using Prisma, this card is just about useless. However, you should be using Prisma, and this card is a nice little 1800 atk monster that can search out that much needed Prisma for next turn. Waboku.I will be quick to say that this card is just like Defensive Tactics, minus the return to deck effect. However, use it and lose it. Continuing to put Tactics in your deck after use will stop the deck from thinning, making it harder to draw game-changers, and unless you're really lucky to shuffle tactics towards the top of your deck, there's no sure-fire way to add it to your hand. Trap-StunThis card is magnificent, when played the right way. If you don't look at this card and realize that it is best used on your opponent's turn, when you're attacking, then you obviously don't know much about strategy. This stops cards like Torrential Tribute, Mirror Force, Waboku, etc. on your opponent's side of the field from going off. If you're attacking, you know your monsters will survive and can tag out, so the only real problem is traps. Stop them and you can tag out for cards like Bestiary to pop a S/T, Murmillo to pop a monster or Darius/Equeste to grab a GB card from the grave.

Lectures on open-mindedness aside, Aka, there are changes that I fully disagree with on your part.
Starting from the top of your fixes, three GB Laquari, two E-HERO Prisma, and E-HERO Stratos is going overboard on it. Two GB Laquari are all that's necessary in the lineup with E-HERO Prisma for efficiency, because remember, you do have GB Heraklinos. E-HERO Stratos has completely lost its purpose in the deck, and would just leave it out.
Cyber Dragon does not, or rather should not, be main deck material. Sided at 2, side E-HERO Prisma for the switch.
Three Test Tiger is one too many.
No increase on the GB Equeste quantity?
GB Respite and GB Proving Ground are good to have in the Spell lineup, 1 and 2 respectively.
Two MST, please. Giant Trunade sided.
Delta and I have discussed this after posting here, we have a difference of opinions. I like two Chariot, Delta likes three. We'll go with Delta on this one.
Waboku has completely lost its spot as a main deck clench, to Dimensional Prison and Solemn Warning.
Three Trap Stun is EXCESSIVE. Main one or a Seven Tools of the Bandit, with Cold Wave and two MST, at absolute most.
A final projected list, with what would be my most recommended, and another for budget purposes.
2 Elemental Hero Prisma 2 Test Tiger 2 Gladiator Beast Laquari 2 Gladiator Beast Equeste 1 Gladiator Beast Bestiari 1 Gladiator Beast Retiari 1 Gladiator Beast Murmillo 1 Gladiator Beast Hoplomus 1 Gladiator Beast Darius 1 Sangan
3 Book of Moon 2 Pot of Duality 2 Gladiator Proving Ground 2 Mystical Space Typhoon 1 Cold Wave 1 Dark Hole 1 Monster Reborn 1 Gladiator Beast's Respite 1 Reinforcement of the Army
3 Gladiator Beast War Chariot 2 Dimensional Prison 2 Bottomless Trap Hole 2 Solemn Warning 1 Torrential Tribute 1 Mirror Force 1 Solemn Judgment
----------------------------------------
3 Gladiator Beast Laquari 2 Gladiator Beast Equeste 2 Test Tiger 1 Gladiator Beast Bestiari 1 Gladiator Beast Retiari 1 Gladiator Beast Darius 1 Gladiator Beast Hoplomus 1 Gladiator Beast Murmillo 1 Spirit Reaper 1 Sangan
3 Book of Moon 2 Mystical Space Typhoon 2 Gladiator Proving Ground 1 Gladiator Beast's Respite 1 Monster Reborn 1 Cold Wave 1 Dark Hole
3 Waboku 3 Dimensional Prison 2 Bottomless Trap Hole 2 Gladiator Beast War Chariot 1 Torrential Tribute 1 Mirror Force 1 Trap Stun 1 Solemn Judgment 1 Call of the Haunted
