The college radio station I'm working at has 4 department heads leaving by the end of this school year. The head of the music department is stepping up to take over as GM in a couple months, and it's still too early to say for sure but there is a decent chance I'll be replacing him as the new music director.

Well there's too much "hipster schlock" on our station to be sure, but it's not quite all the way at that extreme. Things are currently undergoing a bit of an overhaul, though, so I'm hopeful that I can help push it the right way during this period smile
