This is a closer look at what each branch of the Sith is to the entire Sith Empire as a whole. Your character will be part of this system or they wont. Either way, please read carefully. The numbers correspond with a branch of the Sith listed upon the Sith Tree.1. The Matriarch: Or Patriarch if the position was filled by a male Dark Lord of the Sith. It is their responsibility to oversee the Sith Academy as well as lead the Sith army into battle when ever possible. They are scheming, calculating and use all aspects of betrayal to ensure the advancement of the Sith Empire. They are exceptionally powerful, equal to none aside from the Rule of Two Sith.
2. The Neo-Cosmic Stratagem : This council member has no Force powers but has an intelligence the likes the galaxy could not imagine. The fact that they work personally with the Sith is a serious unfortunate circumstance... for the Galaxy of course. And though they may not be in tuned with the Force, they are powerful in their knowledge of weaponry and armor and use both proficiently. The Scientist is responsible for overseeing the advancement of the Force using Sith. Though he does not harbor his powers himself, his understanding of their needs is superb. It is his responsibility to ensure that not a single soul in the universe knows that the Academy is training Sith with Force powers.
3. The Grey Sith: Much like the Grey Jedi, the Grey Sith as the ability to use both Force powers and be physically fit, without pros and cons weighing out impossibility. They are well in tune with the Force and stand toe to toe with the strongest of all the Sith branches. It is safe to say they are the balance between the Force and the brute strength of the Sith Empire. They oversee the Sith Nyx and Sith Reapers, the latter a branch of Sith feared even amongst fellow ranks. They are the best of both worlds and will be a formidable foe for any and all high ranking Jedi. The Grey Sith is the Matriarch's most trusted adviser and if she or he is destroyed, the Grey Sith takes the place of Matriarch or Patriarch.
4. The Progenitor Automaton: This Sith is void of force powers that allow them abilities such as force lightening. But instead, improve their physical strength. Beyond the ability of any of the Sith known. Their knowledge of battle and different fighting styles has found no equal and their personal strength is by far more deadlier than any weapon of mass destruction. They control a vast amount of Sith including the feared Sith Juggernauts, the most well equipped Darkside followers. Their rigorous training adds a level of fortitude to the Sith academy that is not to be taken lightly.

5. The Watchers: These creatures have been genetically created by the Scientist. They are composed of human flesh and appear as human as the next. There are variables that differ from the normal human body, such as the inability to reproduce nor do they have bellybuttons. Their eyes have been trained to see in the most darkest settings thus the reason for their light sensitivity, having to mask their faces during broad daylight when the sun is brightest. They are incapable of using force powers of any kind aside from a single power that allows them to travel long distances in a near blurred state and mimic the voices and forms of other creatures.Their purpose is only to gather information and nothing more. There are serious downsides to being a Sith Watcher, for though you are born into this world as an adult, you are slowly dying each time you transform your body. The more you rearrange your molecules, the less stable they are.
6. The Inquisitors: The byproduct of pure mad science and human ingenuity, the Sith Inquisitors are humanoid creatures that have had part of their brain removed and a new piece put in its place. That piece of equipment is a small, "computer," which allows them to compute mathematical problems at a much higher rate than is normal. Assisting the scientist whenever their help is needed, they serve the purpose of problem solving. Creating new scenarios for war, refashioning troops with the latest tech equipment and ensuring that plans are taking effect on schedule. Though they are void of force powers and on rare occasions use the light saber as their weapon of choice, the Inquisitors use weapons just as unique and powerful. Though it is not likely they spend a great deal of time in battle. Their work is back at the academy or beside the Matriarch plotting new battle formations.
