If you're ever able to find any, you should check stores like BookOff or Geo (fro japanese stuff only). They're both chain stores that deal in new and used Books, Music, and movies. The last time I went to one I got a ton of cds for like less than $10 each, which is really good when you compare it to japanese standard prices... I'm sory to say I don't know if there's any kind of website. sweatdrop

Moozak From Japan - Orange Range ROCKS. Aiko and Ayumi Hamasaki are well recognized but if you ask a Japanese about Dir En Grey or Miyavi (That Gigpig album of his is short as hell but I LOVE IT) a lot of the time they'll look at you like "Wha?" L'arc~En~Ciel is something big too with doing an opening for Full Metal Alchemist. Uh, Miss Monday is one but I dont think she's all well known. She is under Tofu Records so you'll find her in America but I dont know if she's so well known in Japan. Yuki Koyanagi is like. Japanese Shakira cause her voice goes EVERYWHEEEERE.

Sluvotsky There's rarely an elevator button for the 4th floor in any Japanese building D: Same goes for the 9th floor. That's because "shi" and "ku" mean "death" and "pain" respectively. Not pleasant thoughts...hehehe...

So if I wanted to go to the 4th or 9th floor in a building in Japan, I'd have to go to the 3rd or 8th one and take the stairs up one floor?

I lately noticed myself ending up with pretty much Korean music being recorded on my mp3 player.
I listen to stuff like Se7en, Shinhwa, Wheesung or Youjeen... but i would like to be introduced to more of KMusic. Any recommendations?

YesAsia is always good for anything Asian. A few Japanese music artists I like are: Gackt, Moriyama Naotarou, Orange Range, Hikawa Kiyoshi...I mainly like certain songs from many artists. I don't always know what all the songs from one artist sound like. Hm...Anyone here like Korean or Japanese dramas? heart

Hm...Anyone here like Korean or Japanese dramas? heart I wasn't asking about: 1) Japanese Stuff - but KOREAN 2) Sites to search - but your FAVS (I won't find any clues on what YOU like on YesAsia) And yes, dramas are cool, but I watch especially those based on Anime - Peach Girl, Great Teacher Onizuka, Sailor Moon. And I am sometimes obsessed with them.
