Skill name: Ke-pu Ken
Rank: C Rank
Skill description: By fusing energy into the cape, the edges and corners of the Cape of the Soul Reaper become as sharp as a sword. This can be used to counter other bladed weapons, as well as an offensive weapon to pierce through an enemy's flesh. The blade lasts for three posts before it needs energy again.

Skill name: Ke-pu Nakan
Rank: B Rank
Skill description: Ke-pu Nakan is the most powerful defensive skill in Project 666's arsenal. The cape will wrap around Project 666, creating a dome around her as she kneels down to brace herself. The cape is then solidified with Project 666's energy, able to withstand any energy based attack. However, the cost of the energy used is that equal to one rank above the attack used. Also, there is a cool down period of five posts in order to use this skill.

Skill name: Ke-pu Yoroi
Rank: C-Rank
Skill description: Ke-pu Yoroi infuses the cape with so much energy that the cape becomes durable, yet maintain its fluidity. The cape is capable of stopping normal bullets as well as skills up to C rank. This armor lasts for three posts and a cool down of two posts is needed.

History: The Cape of the Soul Eater is a robe that was bestowed upon Robin 666 during her time in captivity. The scientists that created the cape were testing the effects of those who possessed a certain lineage, that being the White Nightmare. They were intrigued as to how they were able to manipulate cloth so skillfully. Deciding to do so, the scientists were able to create a prototype. They however needed a test subject and so they had the cape bond with the project. Little did they know that once the cape bonded with a living entity, its powers won't work for another. So long as Project 666 is still alive, the cape is a simple cape to others. Therefore, the scientists allowed Project 666 to keep the cape as her armor, since she is incapable of wearing heavy armor.

Powers:
-The Cape itself has a mind of its own, able to give a natural defense to the user.
-The Cape can stretch out up to 20 feet, or reduce to the size of a handkerchief.
-The Cape has its own set of skills (applying for them in the Custom Skills)

Weakness of the Cape:
-Being originially made of cloth, it can set on fire
-Drains 10 points of energy for every post the cape is used in battle in addition to the points an energy required cape skill is used

Weakness to the wielder:
-If the user has a talent, the cape takes up that talent because wielding the cape takes so much energy
-The wielder can't possess any other armor than the cape

Sample: Amaya was in the midst of fighting yet another foe who wished to strike her down. However, she wasn't in the mood for the fight, for once in her life. She had too many things on her mind and too many things to do around the city, that she saw this fight rather pointless. As her opponent dashed at her with ferocity in his eyes, Amaya's cape surged upwards, locking unto the wrist of her enemy just before he could swing downwards with his blade. The cape that wrapped around his wrist held steady. Stopping the attack, Amaya stepped forward and stabbed her opponent in the left clavicle. The opponent let out a death gurgle before he toppled over, lying in a pool of his own blood.

Just then, an explosion of gunpowder shot from a distance. The bullet traveled towards Amaya, aiming to shoot her in the back. Upon hearing the explosion however, Amaya had just caused her cape to solidify, transforming into not just a cape, but a powerful armor that was able to defend her against the bullet. Turning around, Amaya dashed towards her opponent who was standing several yards away from her. The man continued shooting, yet Amaya continued fueling her energy into the cape, using it to power through the bullets. As the bullets richochet off her armor, Amaya continued until she got to ten feet away from him. Letting the cape fly outward, the cape spiraled as it formed a bladed edge. Filled with Amaya's energy, the cape drilled through the man's stomach, blood pouring down his mouth as he dropped dead.
