Appearance: [Character Reference Sheet] Compared to all of their allies, Draenei are tall and very out of place in appearance. From the horns on the females' heads, to the tentacles on the males' faces, down to the tail and cloven hooves, one would mistake them for being part of the Burning Legion or more at home with the Horde.
Draenei come in many unique shades of blue and purple with different horn styles, tentacles on faces, or even no tentacles at all. Male Draenei have one around the middle of their tails with three ridges starting at the base. Male Draenei even have two rings on each of their face tentacles (total varies).
Zaref has most of his brown hair pulled back into high ponytail with a few locks pulled down over his shoulders and four long pieces of a mustache and beard as facial hair. He has slight horns that protrude outwards away from his face. He had one lone tentacle that comes from the middle of his chin. On his forehead, he has what appeared to be a circle in the middle of his forehead with an arrow up on top of his head.
Clothing Style: Because raiding involves a lot of gear replacement, there isn't ONE look that a character can have. If you don't want to play with gear design, you're welcome to design civilian clothing for him or you can use the outfit in the Clothing Reference Sheet. The type of gear shamans want to focus on having is mail.
Weapon of Choice: Shamans can use most one-handed and two-handed weapons, but they cannot use guns, bows, throwing weapons, swords, polearms, and wands. They can even use shield. However, Enhancement Shaman specialize in duel-wielding weapons.

Totems - They have a vast assortment of abilities. Some will shake, others will have the light on top flicker or flare. All have the runes around them fade in and out as they slowly rotate. They are only 3 feet tall, big enough to hide a gnome. Fire Elemental Totem - Summons an elemental totem that calls forth a greater fire elemental to rain destruction on the caster's enemies. Lasts 2 min. Earth Elemental Totem - Summon an elemental totem that calls forth a greater earth elemental to protect the caster and allies. Lasts 2 min.
Windfury Weapon - Imbue the Shaman's weapon with wind. Each hit has a 20% chance of dealing additional damage equal to two extra attacks with 4430 extra attack power. Lasts 30 minutes. A whirlwind effect will appear around the wielder's hand and weapon. Flametongue Weapon - Imbue the Shaman's weapon with fire, increasing total spell damage by 747 A flame effect will appear on the struck target.
Lightning Shield - The caster is surrounded by 3 balls of lightning. When a spell, melee or ranged attack hits the caster, the attacker will be struck for 375 Nature damage. This expends one lightning ball. Only one ball will fire every few seconds. Lasts 10 min. Only one Elemental Shield can be active on the Shaman at any one time. An electrified orb will spin around the mid-section of the Shaman.
Feral Spirit - Summons two Spirit Wolves under the command of the Shaman, lasting 30 sec. Two blue ghost-like wolves will appear on either side of the shaman and join in the battle. Chain Lightning - Hurls a lightning bolt at the enemy, dealing 1020 to 1164 Nature damage and then jumping to additional nearby enemies. Each jump reduces the damage by 30%. Affects 3 total targets.
Heroism - Increases melee, ranged, and spell casting speed by 30% for all party and raid members. Lasts 40 sec.
Allies receiving this effect will become Exhausted and be unable to benefit from Heroism or Time Warp again for 10 min. A golden hammer with an aura of light around the hammer will appear over everyone's head who's in party and their hands will glow a light blue. Also, the size of all players increases as well.
Gift of the Naaru (Racial) - Heals the target for 50 over 15 sec. The amount healed is increased by your attack power. The symbol of the Naaru in a blue glow will appear at the center of the draenei's forehead.

Berserking (Racial) - Increases your attack and casting speed by 20% for 10 sec. A mask of rage covers the trolls face and their hands glow an orange-red which can make them appear like a blur in movement.
