---Description: This is the user's bloodline of the Koaki.
The left eye closes and the right eye turns completely black and the blood vessels bulge. His right eye must remain open the entire time the stun is in effect. While active the target cannot move. This means the target cannot attack, use Jutsu or defend themselves while stunned.
The user's eye has grown stronger and no longer must remain open for it's effect to work. The eyes power now uses a combination of electric currents and Genjutsu in order to attack the enemies nervous system rendering them incapable of movement as well as overloading and damaging the foes nerve-endings.
