No fancy formatting and majorly under construction. It's not going to be long or overly detailed or anything like that because that's not how I RP. Open for crits! :3 Name: Concha Nickname(s): None Age (Appearance Wise): 25 Age (Actual): 18 Personality: Introvert. Curious. Modest. Clumsy. Loves being outdoors. Thoughts on the Forest: She's rather interested in the guardians and spends a little time each day sitting at the forest's edge and watching for them. If she could she would have stayed in the forest but of course the guardians wouldn't have let that happen no matter how much she pleaded. Thoughts of Book Children: She doesn't mind the company of the other book children even though she may not really interact with them. If she had to choose between being alone or having to be around noisy book children she would choose the children. Thoughts on City People: Concha thinks that some of the city people are a little strange. She’s more likely to keep to herself as she wandering through the levels. She always feels a little out of place in their monochromatic world. That's also why she's chosen to live in Gellisham. Physical Appearance: To the left.
History: She never wanted to leave the forest but the guardians know best and so she was sent out to the city. She spent quite a bit of time wandering around the empty streets and enjoyed her time but eventually she became lonely, as all children do. Eventually she ran across another that was like her and given a meal and a place to sleep. Hobbies: Collecting Seashells, Exploring Around the Forest, Pepole Watching, Daydreaming Birthday: Summer Favorite Things: Seashells, Clouds, Jewelry Hated Things: Dry Heat, Excessive Noise, Bugs
Story: The Compendium of Seashells Favorite type of Ending: Unexpected Favorite Illustration: Shiokaze Print Dreams:To be able to travel and collect seashells.

Hm, most of the things I am thinking of to ask are things that would be resolved over time through RP sweatdrop I guess one thing I am wondering, though, is whether Concha is actually shy or just introverted? Like, in the sense of, how do you think she would respond to someone aggressively pursuing friendship? Is she introverted in the sense that she could keep a wide network of friends, but mostly keep to herself anyway? Or would she actually withdraw from people and avoid them?
Oh, also, what does she think of clockwork creatures? Might she find a clockwork sea creature like a hermit crab endearing and a comforting substitute for the real thing until she can find a beach? Or would Concha think such a thing creepy and a far cry from the natural animals in her story?

The introvert vs shy thing is kinda complicated since some people view both as the same thing.
For this purpose I would call her introverted. To me someone that is shy might find it fearful/painful to interact with people. An introvert may not directly seek out interaction with others, but they're not afraid of it either. I'm not up to date with the literature (research) on this, so these are just my opinions.
o Ao I didn't even think of the clockwork creatures. I can see her enjoying them until she finds the real thing.
She would totally have like a little hermit crab one as a pet. Or maybe a lobsta~ o Uo

Revision Needed: Mild
The big thing that prevents approval right now is the one word answers for personality. Each choice is valid but until I can see how they function together as a whole and how each one plays into making up just who Concha is, I can't get a grasp of the full depth of her. You say she's introverted, yet then when talking of her views on other book children, she'd prefer to be around noisy book children then being alone. Going back to personality, Introvert carries different aspects and sort of levels, so as a general thing you have a conflicting character structure. Also conflicts with her hate of 'noisy things'.
Canon wise you have small thing which shop wise Egg is working on ATM. The Guardians. Mundane Egg is working up some more information on them, the issue at hand is that they don't really communicate, so talking with them would have never occurred. If you mean she was wary to leave the forest at the nudging of the guardians that is fine. But they wouldn't have talker or reasoned with her. They just would have kept pushing her towards the city. History wise though, do you mean she ran across another book child?
Overall just expand on her personality a bit and when the info on the guardians comes out just edit to fit.

I wasn't sure if you'd be fine with the one-word personality bits or wanted longer so I just left it, good to know. I'll come up with a paragraph or so to expand on them.
When I say noisy things in her dislikes I mean more along the lines of something like fireworks or sirens. Things that can leave your ears ringing for minutes after you've heard them.
With the history, I figure there would be some book children that take it upon themselves to help the newcomers. I feel like it would be easy for a new book child to fall asleep, you get to be tired enough and you'll take a nap anywhere, but finding food may be harder depending on which area of the city they wander into and what their morals are like. In the IC info FAQ it mentions that there are people watching the forest and other Book Children there to help, I kinda went off that.
Will do with the editing of anything that has to do with the Guardians.
After I get this tweaked I'll apply again. o uo
