I'm going to be a management assistant, but I'll be doing all sorts of assisting tasks from organising meetings to writing reports and keeping the extranet/intranet updated and well, I'll be doing what I'm told to do. biggrin

That sounds like an interesting job. I didn't even know Finland had an FBI......what does the N stand for? I'm guessing the B stands for Bureau, and the I for Investigation....but I can't figure out the N.

DINGDINGDING! Volvy got it right. NBI Here's a snippet in English about where I'll be working. At the interview I was told that in Europe most countries have an FBI that's commonly translated in English as NBI. =) The actual name for where I'll be working is KRP = Keskusrikospoliisi, which roughly translates to Central (K) Crime (R) Police (P). But I mean... add another C and your get CCCP, which is not what they want to be associated with. biggrin

No, I was claiming that National makes little sense to me, becuase usually when something is called National it deals with multiple nations, where as since its just for Finnland, National really wouldn't make sense.
But then now I realize, should have figured it out sooner before Mana had to come out with it, that its not the actual name and has a different name and rather that it being called the NBI its something different.
