(This is just a wrap up thread for closing RP and posts from THIS AWESOME EVENT. - But go to the school office now. SHOO!) ---------------------------------------- Riley almost felt the pendant in her hand. Almost. The flash of light that engulfed her had her blinded, and her hand came back to cover her eyes - wait.. her hand?! She could feel her hand again!
Lifting her hand from her eyes, she found the most beautiful sight in the world awaited her. The dreary, dingy, slightly moldy school buildings in the distance.
She dropped to the ground, and kissed it laid there for a minute, just reveling in the fact that she wasn't in the human world anymore. Or invisible.. that too was uncomfortable.
Right. Locking myself in my room and never leaving again.

The light had flashed bright, painfully so, it reminded her of the first time she saw snow in Christmas Town, bright, harsh, engulfing and smothering. The next thing she knew she was standing beside Jericho hand still stretched for a pendent that was no where to be seen. "Well, looks like we made it home but..."
She turned about seeking others, only finding a small handful. "Do you think the others will make it back soon?"
Sure enough as she asked this question of Jericho she spotted Riley on the ground almost mock kissing it now. Slowly she made her way over taking a seat to hug Riley. "No locking yourself up. If you do that I'll be dreadfully bored living in demon house."

Astra was no far off, as she had been second to make it across the road and had leaped for the pendant, barely feeling it before she too was blinded by Light.
Now she found herself back on the school grounds, completely hole again. and..wait. She flicked her wings experimentally, and found her FEAR levels were starting to replenish
"I can fly again!" she said joyfully and took to the air, giggling and flying around in circles before noticing Rily was on the ground. She landed next to the mindflayer. "Are you okay?" she asked, slightly concerned since she was lying on the ground.

Aymet reappeared, whole and unusually opaque, still singing.
"AND THIS IS HOW IT oh Jack where'd the road go??"

Surprisingly, Barth found himself home again. He had been in no rush across the freeway, and had trudged his disappearing self all the way to the end.
Maybe there was something in the slow and steady wins the race fable, after all.
Barth tapped a nearby tree experimentally. Solid. Good. And he had some ideas about those metal transportation devices. ....But where was Lilith? Or West? Or Christof? Or the other dozen-odd students who had been trapped in the human world. There were only a handful of students here in good ol' Halloween.
"Err, everyone else isn't dead, are they?"
They might be. Colette, he noticed, had managed to stay out of this misadventure. She tended to have strong survival instincts, which accounted for her absence.

Groaning as his eyes came to focus once more after the blinding flash, Jericho saw that they had returned to Halloween. The dark place was a rather welcomed sight to see after that excursion. But despite the chaos, it left him rather curious of the human world. Or at least moreso than before. It was nothing like he could have imagined, but maybe other areas were different.
Looking over towards Riley as she seemed to be... kissing the ground, the dragon frowned as she said she would lock herself up.
"You do realize that means no more dragon-rides right? Or visiting others," he said a little flatly. All the running had worn him out, so he found it hard to really get agitated by anything for once. Right now, he really would like to crawl back to his dorm and curl up around his treasure for the rest of the night. The FEAR in the area certainly was helping.
Before he could say much else, he heard a few new voices from behind. Astra, Barth, and Aymet had joined them now.
"Welcome back guys. How long do you think the others will take to get here? And no... we're not dead."

Quite suddenly, the road and the world were gone and Aksaja found himself walking along through . . . Halloweentown. Oh thank Jack, he was back home. But.
"Uh guys," he stage-whispered, pointing over at Arel. "I think we're in trouble." Not that he particularly cared, but some of them might.

Uuuuugh. She really had to start keeping her thoughts on a tighter leash. She gave both Sammy and Jericho withering glares, while she pushed herself up to a seated position.
Fine. I'll just lock myself up for a day, to forget this ever happened. It was all a bad dream. Right? Right. Everything will be back to norm- .. She slit her eyes at the idea of ~normal~ around here, and adjusted accordingly. -everything will be fine.
She pushed herself up, and took inventory of everyone who was there - when she suddenly saw.. a faculty member?Chibizoo Next to a very, not-so-happy secretary. He was currently standing next to the first few students who had already travelled through and was tapping his foot impatiently, as if waiting for the last remaining ones. When all the students had finally filtered through, Arel only said three brief words. "You. Students. Office." (OOC: Okay, don't post here anymore guys, go to the office. XDD My bad.)
