Welcome~! Welcome to my Forest Hymn thread! This is where I would be making a list of my wolves and their respective backgrounds as well as personalities. I will also be using this thread to keep track of various other things like breeding and any other things that may come to mind!
If you would like to roleplay/plot with any of my wolves, please feel free to post in this thread or PM me with the wolf/familiar whom you would be bringing in and which wolf you'll like to roleplay/plot with and I'm sure that we can work something out! heart

How was he acquired: Won during a holiday-themed Semi-Custom contest from Dai using this image

Background: The younger wolf of a pair of twin brothers. Itsuki had never come across any other wolves in his life, save for his older brother Mutsuki and a wise lone wolf by the name of Kei who raised them single handedly. Kei was a good foster parent and teacher. He imparted to the 2 brothers his vast knowledge of the wilds that they resided in and the essential skills that they would require to survive.
That, however, was regretably not enough to prevent Mutsuki's subsequent demise when the pups were barely over a year old. The result of a misadventure in which both Itsuki and Mutsuki decided that they would do a little exploring of their own while Kei was taking a nap. It was a day that Itsuki would never forget. He had been the one leading the way on the slippery narrow path winding around the steep mountain slope, turning back every now and then to playfully call out to Mutsuki to stop being a slow poke and hurry up lest he got left behind.
Itsuki had panicked the very moment he turned around and realized that Mutsuki had disappeared for goodness already knew how long. It was only after a few unanswered callings and a couple of minutes spent looking for Mutsuki that the young wolf finally spotted his older twin's motionless body at the foot of the mountain.
An accident.
Mutsuki had likely fell and hit his head against one of the many sharp jagged rocks that peppered the trecherous mountain slope and that was what had killed him, albeit a quick and painless death. That was what Kei told him as the older wolf tried his best to comfort the remaining grieving twin. However, Itsuki still believed firmly that the incident was entirely his fault and that he had caused the death of his only blood-related family. Shortly after Itsuki reached adolescence, Kei passed on from old age and he had been all alone since, with only the memories of his happier times with Mutsuki and Kei for company.
Personality: A quiet wolf who has totally grown accustomed to life alone in the wilds. He is inexperienced in interacting with others and knows next to nothing about how pack life is like or how pack wolves behave. He is still deeply afflicted with self blame over his older twin's death till this day such that he will avoid getting closer to anyone since he strongly believes that anyone who is associated with him in some way will eventually suffer the same fate.

Kazehaya   Name: Kazehaya
Meaning: Early Wind
How was he acquired: My very first semi-custom from Dai with the colours blue, yellow & purple! *squee* ^__^

Children: None
RP Colour: Orange
Background: A lost young pup that had wandered too far from his family of lone wolves and was inadvertently left behind. That was what Kazehaya was before Eva stumbled across his starved, dehydrated and barely conscious form in the forest and brought him to the IsraKaiya pack to nurse back to health and subsequently raise as one of her own. Such wasn't an uncommon occurrence since lone wolves were never known to be good at parenting in the first place.
Upon his recovery from his near brush with death, Kazehaya was quick to embrace his new family as his own, his memory of his biological parents and the siblings he once had fuzzy ever since his physical ordeal.
Personality: A good-natured and unassuming soul. It is hard not to enjoy the company of one such as him and although he was naturally well-liked wherever he went, he always made it a point to look out for others and help them as best as he could.
