Zak yawned as he set up yet another portal, to start yet another meeting with yet another guardian...honestly, it was getting almost monotonous. Not that that dulled the excitement of getting RID of one of the damn things; he was only too happy to be free of it, but his usual glee of ruining someone's day was not there as he activated the spell, watching as a form appeared in the center of the summoning circle.
"Greetings, sucker, here's your vial. Don't drop it. Try not to kill it. A kid will come out." He waved his hand and sighed, rubbing his eyes and not caring if the man had heard it all or not. The vial followed soon after he finished speaking, flying through the air toward the man as was Zak's custom when delivering the vials; which, in case someone had missed it, was pitching them at the potential parents.
"Now stand still so I can banish you." He told him, stifling a yawn. "I need rest."

It was a lucky thing, that Marcus was only gardening when he suddenly found himself... well not at home anymore. It was better then if he were in the middle of a job since he would have been rather pissed off to say the least. Since he was just gardening though he wasn't nearly as bothered by it. Rising up to his feet, stretching out all over, he found himself looking from side to side, confused and curious. Where in the Nine Hells was this...? His dark eyes turned to looking at the blond that speaking to him, calling him a sucker for some reason and something about a vial? He lifted a hand up to snag it from the air easily before he looked it over, lifting an eyebrow, "Excuse me?" He asked, wait a second...
Try not to kill it?
A kid would come out?
"What in the... why in the world would you be giving me a kid of all people in the world?" He asked of the man that was telling him to stand still so he could banish him, making sure to keep himself moving so that the man couldn't get rid of him so easily, not before he knew what in the world was going and why some stranger was going to pull him from his garden to try to pawn some weird vial full of goo that would become a kid to him.

Zak sighed, exasperated, as the man refused to stay still. "Are you retarded? Stand. Still. It won't be my fault if you confuse the spell and something of yours gets left here. He snapped, raising a hand to activate the circle.
"I don't choose the parents. Those damn vials do. And they're more trouble than they're worth! Nigel should have just let me smash them. Idiot. Can't even pronounce his own name right." He seemed terribly bitter about all of that, and glowered at the still moving man.
"Regardless of whether you want it, or even if you can take care of it; it's your problem now. You may want to get infant care supplies. Or you can try and smash that before it comes out. The choice is yours. That life is yours. Not my problem anymore!" He was happy about that, at least.

Marcus couldn't help but to smirk just a little, finding a bit of sadistic pleasure in the fact that the other man wasn't pleased with his moving around so much. It got him threatened, something not all together new for him, and it got him the information he needed... though how a vial could choose a person was beyond him. He glanced down at it, debating if he really believed the guy that seemed more eager to be rid of it and him then anything. It must be something terribly inside if the guy was telling him that he should have smashed it and that Marcus could do so if he wanted to.
The life inside the vial was his?
How often did this happen? For Marcus to find him holding someone's very life in his hands before that life was so easily snuffed out? He looked down at the vial as though debating if whatever was within it was worth keeping, should he just get rid of it and be on his way? The analytical part yes, that child would get underfoot, cause his stress, and from the way it was being 'born' it couldn't possibly be just a normal baby. The other part of him, the part of him present when he wasn't on a job said that it might be interesting to raise a child. It wasn't as though he'd never thought about it before but children and the women they came from were just to much of a hassle, not to mention a danger to peace of mind. When he wasn't working he wanted to cook, work in the garden, enjoy his peace.
Would a child allow him peace at home? Most likely not... but he didn't kill children, a part of his moral code, something he had despite what he was, "I see." He finally said, glancing at Zakaria very closely, taking in ever detail of the man's face. If nothing else if the child ended up a complete Hell Beast that was summoned from the pit through the goo in this vial he would damn well know what the man looked like that gave the thing over to him so he find his way back to him to end him.
"You can send me back then." He said, before holding up the vial, "Though one quick question, how long does it take?" How much time did he take before whatever was inside escaped...?

One question. That didn't seem so bad. He sighed, again, and placed one hand against his temple.
"How should I know? It's never the same. The first two were 'born' upon first contact with their guardians. Others can take up to a week, or more, to emerge. At any point after your skin touches the vial, the child may evolve from it's current state. Your guess as to when, is as good as mine." Zak answered, eying the man back with the same intensity with which he examined him. Any man plotting to kill Zak would certainly find that he had his work cut out for him. He definitely wouldn't be the first, and probably not the last.
"I've answered your question. Now begone." He said, raising a hand to activate the spell. "We'll be in touch, perhaps. Just to...check up, on the child. Good day." And, with that, he banished Marcus from the Mansion, and back to whatever it was he had been doing.

Marcus listened to the answer given to him by the other man and he couldn't help but to sigh. Well now... that was incredibly helpful. So this thing could appear anytime between now and weeks from now? Wonderful... completely wonderful, "Yeah, thanks for nothing." He said as the man lifted a hand and commanded him to be gone.
A moment later the man was appearing back in his garden and gave a sighing sound, looking down at the vial in his hand, "Alright then... lets see how this goes." He told the item in his hand, tucking it into the pocket of his shirt before he return to what he'd been doing before he was abducted through magical means...
