-----------------Empoleon can swim faster than a jet boat and, by using its razor sharp wings, can cut huge glaciers in a matter of seconds. As seen in the anime, Empoleon can jump and glide in the air like a penguin would on ice. It can also learn any attack that its pre-evolutions can learn, but Empoleon's attacks are stronger. As a fully-evolved Pokémon (and the final evolution of a Water-type starter Pokémon), Empoleon can learn Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, and Hydro Cannon.

Brat || Kaiser is a bratty kid. Period. He enjoys being demanding and watching people appease him. While he is very aware that not everyone will be able to appreciate his behaviour and play along with it, HE STILL DOES IT because it's so entertaining. As he grows up, this brattiness takes a backseat mainly due to the sheer amount of work he has to handle, which brings us to the next point.
Serious-business || Kaiser is being trained to be an ambassador for god knows what (probably his fellow penguins), and as he grows up he deals with lots of crap (read: Admin, paperwork, legwork, diplomacy etc). He's a workaholic and will devote himself to the tasks on hand, and he will no cut anyone, especially himself, any slack. He is so focused on his work that he will not stop until he gets the job done, even if it means that he has to cancel appointments with friends. On the bright side this gives him a very professional image and the girls (and maybe guys?!?) love it, IT'S TRUE.
Competitive || Kaiser's competitive, whether or not he seeks the competition himself or competition finds him. Being in the school swim team helps to fuel his desire to be no. 1, and generally, he has lots of drive which allows him to get what he wants. (There are somethings you must do by yourself instead of ordering people around, because : PRIDE and GLORY) He isn't a sore loser, but losing makes him push himself even harder, ESPECIALLY if his rival simply annoys him.
Terrible with girls || Despite his gentlemanly and suave image which no doubt would attract the girls, he completely fails at communicating with them (think Mr Darcy). Because he finds it hard or too troublesome to sugar-coat his words or well, deal with feelings, he would just keep his silence and wear a smirk/ annoyed/ cold expression. This discourages some of the ladies, which ultimately leads to the awkward situation of no one saying anything. Well you know how that goes.
On the other hand, when it comes to guys he's fine unless he wants to throw scones at you.
Masochist?!? || MAYBE HE'S A MASOCHIST, but he likes girls like elizabeth bennet
i.e. Sharp tongued, quick witted, smart and easily jealous
❦Trivia❦
Swimming || Penguins swim. Kaiser swims. Kaiser's in the school swim team and goes for swimming classes. People nosebleed when he's in his trunks.......somewhat....
Rapiers || Kaiser picked up swordsmanship in particular respect to rapiers. That's because he got bored of fencing since nothing gets sliced up. Oh dear.
Singing || DID YOU KNOW? Emperor penguins sing songs of love to find their mate. Warning : will melt when he serenades you.
Dancing || Kaiser has two left feet.
Drunk easily || Then he starts singing.
