As you may have guessed from the thread title, we are looking for a new faction leader. In the upcoming arc, the remaining Sephira- --whomever they may be -- will be put off to the side for the time being while the guild focuses on a new antagonistic faction, which will obviously need a leader.
So now for the fun part; for the first time in the guild's history -- that I'm aware of at the very least --, we're conducting an open search for someone to be the leading RPC of this faction. Now, the catch is, no information other than the fact that he/she will rival the Captain Commander in power will be given out and, look at that, it just was told to all of you. Also, I will personally have a hand in shaping this RPC as well, so all creative liberties will not, in fact, be given to the chosen member.
So, please make a post here if you have an interest in playing this person and I can get to deciding who I wish to pick. There is no prerequisite involved; anyone can apply, though I'd personally like to limit the application of the current leaders of the existing factions, those being myself (Gotei 13), Taitei (Sephira), and Taigaa (Exaequare).
