Its sad that the time between them has been shortened. Lets hope the rumble match itself has not been shortened.

I feel like this will just be the opportunity for one of the giants or powerhouses to eliminate more people than Kane did in a single Rumble. But if Kane is in that one, he will probably steal Austin,s record for the most eliminations ever, all Rumbles combined.

It means more jobbers than usual are going to get immediate eliminations.
Also, this is just a guess, it's probably their attempt to push somebody as the next "spent the longest time in the rumble" record breaker. If this happened between 2005 and 2007, I'd assume they were doing it for Cena, but since they don't blow him nearly as hard as they used to, it's probably for someone else.

The only good I see coming out of this is that they have a great stage to test out their up and coming talent on a main event level.
