 【Ὶɴҭʀɵʠʉϲҭɪɵɴ】╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗
Imagine a time, back when kings and queens still ruled over the world. Jesters, festivals, knights, wars, princes and princesses, it was all in this time, that something dastardly would happen to the seemingly peaceful era. On the day of the highest family's eldest daughter's birthday, an omnious dark cloud had covered the sky, alarming the kingdom of Bulbur due to it's omnious lure that beckoned all to it's shadowy depths. Shortly afterwards, there were strange creatures charging from deep within the cloud's shadows, and the King sent all of his warriors to the battle front after seeing how threatening these creatures were. It wasn't long afterwards that the lands of Bulbur came into ruins, all plant life and animals were gone, not remained on the dry lands except the single standing castle for the village that surrounded it was destroyed in the battle between the castle's knights and the 'Creatures of the Darkness', or so the kingdom calls them. Alas, the youngsters of the villagers still have hope that one day the 'Creatures of the Darkness' will be brought down and the king and queen will rule over the kingdom once again, bringing back all life to the wonderous lands they once were. Little did they know, that among them, one little jester had been planning to overthrow the 'Creatures of the Darkness' all along and had just been waiting for others to join her in her fight against this dastardly phenomenon to save their homelands.

①. Romance is allowed, but over pg-16, it's either timeskip or Pm's
②. Swearing is also allowed, but don't abuse this privilage, there are young people here too you know.
③. Fighting is encouraged, but you can't be cheap, for example; if you're character is being held in the air by the throat, you can't just kick the other person in the stomach and run away, your character would not be able to do much in that situation anyway since they can't breath, and even if they do get dropped to the groundby some chance, they'd be gasping for air, not running away.
④. Pm your characters to me, and to make sure you've read
through the rules, I've added a little message you need to add in the Pm on the Character Skeleton post, so make sure to read IN BETWEEN THE LINES!!!! wink [ Highlight the character skelly post! x] ]
⑤. Use correct grammar and spelling, and to make this all a bit more attractive, why not add a picture and your character's quote, along with some color to your post. You don't have to, but it'd be highly appreciated.
⑥. No godmodding. If you don't, then I won't it's as simple as that.
⑦. Please be as active as you can, I'm not saying that you need to post every day, but a good four posts a week isn't that hard is it? Plus, it keeps the roleplay alive.
⑧. No need to be totally full out literate, but a good two to three sentences is your minimum.
⑨. And the most important one of all... HAVE FUN!!

 Hello, I assume that you know me as [{Josephine Daniels}]. I come from a long family of [{Jesters}] and I myself am [{17}] years of age. As you can see, I am a very talented young [{lady}] and I have taken the role of a [{Court Jester}] from my [{Father}]. I see that there's nothing I can do but tell you about myself for you to understand me at all. [{My family has been entertainers for the King and Queen ever since the kingdom had been built, so it runs in my blood to entertain others. Yes, I'll admit that my childhood wasn't the best, what with all of the village children picking on me from being a jester, but I loved it dispite their futile attempts to bring me down. I really don't mind what others say much, and I can be quite optimistic}] As you can tell from my past, the differences between my likes and dislikes are great. [{I like to juggle and sing, dance and play, but most of all, I love when others smile and laugh for me, but I really don't like it whenever people make fun of me for wanting to do that and I think that anything gloomy and dark is awfully horrifying and depressing.}] Well, now that you know that about me, there's another other thing you need to know, [{-Forget-Me-Never-Ever-}] is the only person, other than the King and Queen who can tell me what to do. Since my sister is a snob, and wouldnt be caught DEAD as a jester, I took over the job. I'm still learning, but I'm getting there. I have a strong realationship with the royal family, and practically a member of it. If they ever need advice or laugh, I'm there for them. I am specified in many jobs and will do almost any job for the king. My family calls me a snob. [{My likes are fancy items, spending hours making myslef beautiful, and rich men. [{My older sister died during a battle, and even though it was a sad time for my family, we made sure that her death was not one in vain, and I made sure to become a fine knight. I came from a poor family that survived only by the farm they owned in the village. My uncle and cousin and me were the only ones to survive after the farm and village burnt down in flames of war. My uncle was a great musician and jester to the nobles and he taught me everything I know now from a child up to the present and that was playing the violin. To this day I continue to play music hoping to spread my love and passion to others.}] As you can tell from my past, the differences between my likes and dislikes are great. I see that there's nothing I can do but tell you about myself for you to understand me at all. [{I was much different from the other girls. Having been my parents only child I was the end of our long line of knights. My parents were very disappointed and I never really cared. When I was twelve my home was seized and I started my studies in sword fight and war. I wasn't a festival knight like my mother because, as I said, I wasn't like other girls. My parents died a year later. Before starting my formal training as a knight I took up the job of a blacksmith. My works were very wanted and I was very busy. I created a sword strong enough to cut through metal and named it Lexithan. I'm pestered by people wanting the sword and have had go into hiding since.}] As you can tell from my past, the differences between my likes and dislikes are great. [{I hate tomatoes, annoying people, and cold. The young jester was intertaining the small crowd, and within the crowd was the king, his queen, the prince, and other residences of the castle as she juggled with one hand and held a mirror up to her face with the other, making funny faces, "Look, now I'm Prince Lawrence!" she said, her english accent going deeper to match the prince's, "Run along you funny little child, you. I've got much work to do today. And just so you know, sitting on my bum all day long isn't all that easy, it takes great effort to sit in the same spot all day long and not get cramps in my poor little rump." she giggled and spun around, wiggling her rear, and the crowd laughed with her, the king patting his son's back, "She's got you spot on, boy." he said, a great smile set on his face as he looked down at the young man. The king watched Josephine with great pride, and he'd be glad to call her one of his own, but he knew that she had her own family and that it wouldn't be fair to take such a talented young girl from them, "Josephine, my dear, why don't you take a break for now, you've been entertaining us for hours on end now." the queen said, a soft and gentle smile spread across her face, "Thank you, Your Highness." Josephine said, bowing deeply with respect to them before turning to leave the large room. ❝[{Why worry about the big things, when you've got the little things?}]❞ Ƚȃѡɼȇɲȼȇ Ȃɲʠɼȇѡ
The young man scowled after the jester, "I fail to see why you still keep that foolish girl around, she is nothing more than a waste of our time father." he said, folding his arms and glaring at the floor, "She's nothing but useless in this time of dispair, we should be worrying about how to get rid of these 'Creatures of Darkness'-" "Why? So you can sit around all day like Josephine said? Not a chance. If anything, you should relax more, I've got the kingdom's gate under great protection." he said, patting the boy's shoulder one more time before returning to his throne, "Come along now, no time to slack off, everyone back to work." he clapped his hands, and the crowd quickly dispersed from their huddled up circle. Lawrence just sighed and wandered off, not feeling like sitting with his father at the moment. ❝[{Haha, I'm a prince, I don't have to do anything for you.}]❞

Melody juggled and told jokes to another group, trying to make her idol, Josephine, proud. She had been doing it for about half an hour. Some jokes she got laughs, but others, there was silence. Oh well, they knew that she was still learning. ********************************************************************** Gwendolyn, knowing that her sister was performing down at the castle, stayed out in the town, as far away as possible from the burden she must carry. How horrible. ********************************************************************** William was in the back of the castle, where the knights practiced. He was jousting another knight and winning by a lot.

Ⱥɗɍɇɑȵȵɑ Ⱦɑȵȵɇɍ
The only female knight that was guarding the castle had finished off one of many 'Creatures of the Night' with a rather plain ending, at least compared to her others. She panted as she looked around, 'Finally, the last of that group. They shouldn't send another batch until tomorrow morning.' she thought, sighing. She walked to the wall of the castle's gate, sheathing her sword and sat down, leaning back against it and taking off her hand made helmet. It was rather quiet at the moment when another one of the knights walked up to Adreanna, "Adreanna, take a break, I'll keep watch for now." he said, and she nodded, standing up at passing through the gates to the village, maneuvering her way to the castle. She quickly made it into the castle and to the kinghts' practice room, sitting in a chair off to the side, observing the others. ❝[{Not all of us can live in happiness and peace, some of us have to make sacrifices for others to live in the light.}]❞ Ɉѻʂɘϼɦɨɳɘ Dɑɳɨɘɭʂ
Josephine slipped out of the room, glancing over her shoulder to the other young jester who was intertaining and giggled, 'She has potential, she just needs practice is all.' she thought, turning down the hall to the room that the knights used for practice, wanting to take a break from getting attention and wanting to see how well the knights were doing in the proccess. ❝[{Why worry about the big things, when you've got the little things?}]❞

William, seeing an audience, finished the knight off quickly, throwing him off his horse. He smirked victoriously as the other knight stood up and walked away in shame.

Melody bowed out of her performance as they clapped. "Thank you ladies and gentalmen! I will have more material either this evening or this morning!" she said, skipping off the a chair, taking out a notebook and writing down ideas.

Gwendolyn bought a beautiful ruby necklace, smiling at it. How wonderful! She started walking toward the castle, knowing that Melody's embarrissing antics were over.

Quentin WardIn the large dining room of the castle there were nobles and royalty eating their second meal of the day. Quentin along with other musicans were on a small platform in the front of the large dining room where they played calming, classical music for the dining royals. Quentin was standing at the front of the platform with another violin player as they played a lovely duet together. His eyes were closed in concentration as he swayed along with the music and moved his bow against the strings gently. After a time the music seemed to grow steadly faster and Quentin stopped his playing while the other continued. Quentin was indeed a musican but he was also a jester that needed to entertain the crowd in other ways. as the others continued to play he did a balancing act. First starting with balancing different kinds objects on his head and then moving to balancing silverware standing straight up on the tip of his nose. the crowd clapped after each act. One act included him and throwing and spinning shiny loop rings in the air with one hand and catching them perfectly while he played a song plucking the strings of his violin with the other hand. The crowd clapped with pleasure as he made a low bow and moved aside for the rest of the musicans to stand and bow. "Thank you so much everyone, you've all been a wonderful audience." he smiled. him and the other musicans began to pack up after the audience went back to chatting and eating.

Adreanna watched as the knight fell off his horse, and looked at William, 'He's pretty good.' she thought, and pulled off her gloves and a majority of her armor, wearing nothing more than her thin underarmor. She pulled off her boots and pulled her hair out from the two short pigtails, combing through her pale orange hair with her fingers to try and fix it. ❝[{Not all of us can live in happiness and peace, some of us have to make sacrifices for others to live in the light.}]❞ Ɉѻʂɘϼɦɨɳɘ Dɑɳɨɘɭʂ
Josephine smiled and stood up, clapping, "Bravo!" she said, and walked over to William on her hands, flipping back to her feet when she was close enought to talk to him with a bit of privacy, "Good day, young knight, spare me a moment of your time?" she asked, folding her arms and twirling a lock of her cotton candy pink hair around her finger, "How much do thee wish for thou king and queen to rule over a land full of life and nature? If thou shall answer positive, will thou lend thy thou great strength?" she asked, bowing low in respect as she did for the king and queen, her pink hair falling over her shoulders and her twin tailed hat hung close to the ground. ❝[{Why worry about the big things, when you've got the little things?}]❞

Oliver UlricOliver was sitting at a desk in the library with a large stack of thick, old books next to him. He was rubbing his temples in drowsiness from reading for most of the day. the other day he had found a lead in his research had been reading constantly ever since. Some joking and cackling travelled into the window of the library and Oliver lifted his head up from the book. he groaned rolling his eyes and walked over to the window looking out. There was indeed some celebrating going on and he watched with disgust as some drunk guy lost balance and fell over. "ugh what has this world come too." he mumbled and shut the window.
