I bought the Alternate Sasha's Skirt for around 70-100k around a year ago, and its currently priced at 300k sell now, or wait for more spike?

The longer you wait, the higher it's likely to go.
But the longer you wait, the higher the likelihood it will be re-released in another RIG. (And I would not put it past them to have another alternate universe RIG with the main NPCs.)
So it's a gamble: how long do you wait vs. how much risk are you willing to take? And only you can make that call.
The only real advice I have is be happy with your profit whenever you do sell.
