GUILD BANNERS
Anybody can create a banner and submit it for the guild to use. There are three types of banners you can create. These are: signature banners, minibanners and the banner used on the Guild's home page.
Home Banners are there to welcome people to the guild's home page. They are often the first impression of a guild to new (or prospective) members. They tend to be larger than Signature Banners and Mini Banners.
Mini Banners must be 200 x 40 pixels. These are the banners that show up in the top corner of the guild. If we had more of these, the mini banner in the corner will be randomised so that we can use all the minibanners and be a pretty guild.
Signature Banners must comply with Gaia's signature requirements. Namely, that images must be less than 500 x 500 pixels. Bear in mind that the total size of a signature must be less than 100kB. The main purpose of a Signature Banner is advertising the guild.
Signature banners are provided in coding with a link already coded for you. If you wish to use other banners, you must do the coding yourself. The shortened link to the guild's homepage is http://tinyurl.com/icguild
