A ding is heard, varouis shuffles are created, a book is dropped and all that is heard is the prompt plop over the whipering voices of the varouis students. They come and go, looking for books on a project, books on science, even the occisional womaniezer looking for the book on "How to get with chicks!!! The man's way!" And all this is occuring at the same time in mattus libary. Most of the time it's quite, with only the sound of the air conditioner being a costant noise. It's breeze making that slight noise that can even calm others. And when the door is opened to the entrance, or for others, exit, to the libary the wind rushes making a loud noise. But it's nothing new, nothing new at all here in the mattus libary.

Two boys step into the libary, the air quickly rushing past them as the door opens and quickly shuts. One of the boys is older, taller, and has a striking noticable white hair with red eyes. Most would believe on the spot that this young adult would be a vampire but, he is just a fox. But even then, he passes for a normal human since this guy is quite embarresed of his ears and tail. So, he uses his invisability to always hide them and hope to just go on with his life. His name is Zephel.

The second boy, much younger then zephel and about as high as zephel's shoulders was an average looking teen. Could probablly pass for 16 maybe even 17. His glasses, clean and sleek, covered two hazel eyes. The one thing that truely stuck out for this boy was, well, a huge sniper rifle strapped to his back. It was a military prototype of a .50 calibur rifle. What made this gun special was a strange energy flux in it that allowed the rifle to shoot varouis kinds of rounds for different situations without ever having to reload the weapon. But, that wasn't the reason why this boy was in Mitomi High, some fancy oversized rifle wasn't enough to get somebody into this type of school. The reason was that this teenager was mute that spoke through to others with pyschic relay. Allowing him to send his thoughts to others and read others as well.

As the two walked in, they passed by the libarian, giving the lady a friendly hello. They knew her quite well since they always volunteered to help the lady. It wasn't easy to keep up a libary that is visted by students who have powers they can't control sometimes. Actually, one time a girl came here that, by mistake, used her wind abilities to blow off all the books from the shelves, all she was trying to do was use her ability to get a book from a top shelf. Anyway, the two sat down in a table near the back, stacked with monthly gun magazines and catalouges. This table was obivisously theirs.

Zephel Plopped down in the chair he would normally sit in, stareing at the top of the magazines looking to see if the libarian had gotten this months issues of ' Bullet '. But to his dismay, it hadn't arrived yet. With a moan of distressed, like that a child would give when his parents would force him to clean up his room, he dropped his head in the pile of magazines and spoke, but with a muffled sound." I WANNA SEE THE NEW M9 MODEL ALREADY!" he whined through the magazines. For months, Zephel heard that the manfactures of the M9 pistol were coming out with a new model, something that would be sleek, stylish, and very effective when it came to drawing the gun from the holster. Now, Zephel wasn't going to buy the gun, but he wanted to see a picture of it already so he could make a copy out of his crystals, just like he would make his guns and bullets, and almost anything he would need in a moment. " This...is...so lame!" He would say, each pause was from lightly banging his head on the table.

Kyono sat opposite from Zephel, taking his rifle and putting it to the side of the table. The huge thing was so large that the table held the body of the rifle, but, the barrel stuck out completely, almost 2 and half feet to be precise. AFter the rifle was placed safely so it wouldn't fall, kyono watched zephel and laughed in his head to his best friend's reaction. He knew that he wanted to see this new gun for quite a while now but hte issue wasn't due till next week. Calm down, I've told you more then once, that issue won't be out till the following friday He told his friend. Knowing that wouldn't really cheer him up.

Zephel looked up at kyono with a face difficult to describe but something around these lines -_-. " I know....let me dream, damn you." He told him right before he snuffed his face back into the paile of magazines while kyono picked up an encylopedia of western guns and weapons used in the 1800's and 1900's.

The boys looked up at Raven and Anik, the most vital two of their group of friends. With a happy hello from Kyono and a alerted Zephel the two took to talking with the lolita looking girl and the well kept elf.

Zephel Shot his head up after Raven tugged on his cloaked ear. The feeling for him was the equivilant to a girl being groped. This caused a slight red on him and he looked at raven with a stare. " And, yet, I forget....how is it you found out about my ears again." With his unddescribable face -_-. He Shook the feeling off he had gotten and looked at the two with a sigh. His eyes switching from Raven to anik, then moving to kyono, from kyono to Chesile and from Chesile skimming over Maerud back to looking at his female friend. " Is...it just me, or have a lot of people come and go. Because I see alot of new faces and the only old ones I have yet to not see go is your pink head and Anik." He said pitching the slim girl's cheek with a laughter. " By the way Anik, Shooting practice tomorrow. Got some bullet Ideas for you to try out, even thought of a healing one. But that bullet is going to drain me if I don't eat, but since you like nature and such, I thought it would interest you."

Kyono smiled at the two sending them a quick hello. Seeing those two made him think for a moment of something funny but yet, so true. Out of all the experinces he has had with Zephel, raven, anik, and the rest of the group he noticed that Raven and Anik were kind of mirrors of himself and Zephel. They stuck with each other and watched each others back. Zephel had a murderouis brother just like Raven, which just seemed to be a coencidence. The only two noticeable differences, socially since when it came to powers they were all different and Kyono did sadly admit he was the weakest one, but socially Raven was the only one in a relationship....to his knoweledge anyway.

He got up telling the others he would be right back, just needing to use the rest room for a moment. standing up, he gave his rifle a quick pat and walked in the direction towards the bathroom. On the way though he bumped into Chesile and triped.He quickly shifted his wieght as to land on his back and looked up at the two girls as he got up. Sorry about that girls.He told them in their mind.

Raven smiled, transforming her mouth into the snout of a fox, making her smile look...well...frightening. Shaking her head, her pink hair flying, her face was suddenly normal again. Raven was constantly changing her looks now a days. If not to freak someone out, just for fun. It kept her in practice.

"I think I found them when you lost control...or had a hormonal breakdown. Or maybe Izto told me. Either way, I can see them even if they can't," Raven said blinking. She couldn't really, but she knew her little white lie would unnerve him.

Anik meanwhile rolled his eyes at Kyono. "Stop falling over the ladies, Kyono." Anik called teasing. His eyes scanned the two girls and fell at another girl in the corner. Her red hair shone against the light and the way she simply ignored everyone around her made her seem...interesting.

Interesting in a normal human way. Anik was more interested in his own gender, girls were too....fleshy with their breasts and vanity. Although Anik had met plenty a queer more vain than all females in teh world combined. Tapping the table twice with his pointer finger he strode over to the girl and sat across from her.

"You look lonely. What are you reading?" Anik asked, a kind smile on his face.

Raven on the other hand pouted slightly. She didn't like being abandoned by Anik, she was far too dependent on the elf. Raven let out a huff of air, completely bored in the library as she wasn't one for hushed voices. Crossing her arms under the table, she expanded her finger so that it could poke Zephel right in between the ribs before snapping it back to it's normal size. She was rather irritating when she was bored.

Raven nodded to his comment of her being bored. Such a brilliant fox he was. She stuck her tongue out, it was thin and split like a snake. She flicked it at him before it turned back into a normal human tongue and she put it back into her mouth.

The cyan haired girl? "The one that like lived in the jungle of that place? Yeah, her name was Shilo or something wasn't it? She made a fool of you, though."

Raven giggled and flicked her eyes back over to Anik. He was such a sucker for the loner kind of kids always wanting to help. Make a potential ally. Raven didn't see the point, why make more potential corpses. Plus why bring the shy girl? It was like bringing a knife to a gunfight.

"Looks like Kyono found himself a duo. Maybe he'll get double lucky," Raven giggled and flicked her hair. Speaking of getting lucky, where was that boyfriend of hers? Sighing she rested her cheek on her hand and puffed her bangs out of her eyes.

"Zeph, I'm bored and when I'm bored I make a scene. Seeing as you're so fond of this place, I vote we bounce. We could go hunt down jungle girl." After all Kyono had his friends and Anik found a new toy and Raven was feeling sufficiently abandoned. She through in the hunting down Shilo part because it would not only give them something to do but would also entice Zephel. His horny little tail was pointed straight to Little Miss Cotton Candy Head.

"Huh? Oh no we're fine. Well actually... Do you thing you can help Nidane read for awhile until I get back? I need to get somethings." Chesile said to Kyono. "I don't need help." Nidane said getting irritated. "Whatever, I'll be right back." Chesile smiled and went to a bookshelf. Just then Mairaed walked in and sat down next to Nidane. "What are you two doing?" she asked not taking notice of the others. "Chessy and I are doing a report." Nidane said, still a bit edgy, "For what class?" Mairead asked. "It's not a class, Chessile just liked to do these for fun." Nidane answered. "Oh, can I help?" Mairead asked hopefully. "Of course!" Nidane said, "I guess I do need help anyways." "Oh, you mean with your dislexia?" Mairead asked, even though she knew the answer. "Yeah, the letters just keep moving..." Nidane said sadly. Mairead giggled even though she knew Nidane was being serious. "Oh, s-sorry..." she mumbled. "It's okay," Nidane said patting her back, "you know I love you." "You can coime help us too if you want." Nidane said turning to Kyono, "What is you name anyways? I'm Nidane, this is Mairead, and that's Chesile over there." she said smiling. "This is actually very interesting." Mairead said reading the book. Nidane nudged her side. "Oh hi." Mairead said aimlessly sticking her hand out to shake Kyono's but obviously missing. Chesile finally came back with an armful of books. "More reports?" Nidane asked hopelessly. "What? Oh no! I just want to skim over these and see if they're any good." She said opening one.
