The usual tradition of Pokemon. Catch them all and become a Pokemon Master. Although that's not the case in this world. Another world of Pokemon has a different belief.
This belief being about that when a human was born, so is a Pokemon. Both naturally find each other and become life partners. When time comes for their passing, they pass at the same time.
Some say it is destiny and fate created by the god, Arceus.
Humans and Pokemon destined to live together and understand each other.

Professor Juniper of the Unova region, who studies the origins of Pokémon

Walking through a pathway, a girl and a Quilava traveled through. Both with smiles on their faces...for a bit.
"Megumi! When are we gonna be there?!" The Quilava whined.
"We're almost there! I can see the town from here." The girl responded.
"Ugh... I can't wait to taste the tasty steaks..." The Quilava's mouth watered.

a houndoom runs past the two having a bag on his back with some herbs and berries in it, he is also wearing a bright red collar as he heads for the town

The girl and the Quilava noticed the Houndoom. "Huh? Maybe delivering something..." Megumi said.
The Quilava sniffed, "I smell... FOOD!" He began chasing after the Houndoom.
"Singe! Wait!" Megumi shouted, running after the hungry Quilava.

the houndoom is heading right for town as he looks behind him at the quilava chasing after him "don't have time to play with you" houndoom said harshly

"Huh?" Singe stared at the Houndoom, confused and stopped, "I don't wanna play! I wanna eat!" He whined.
Megumi caught up with the Quilava, "Darn it, Singe. Can't you wait until we reached town?!"

the houndoom growls 'this isn't food for you I don't have time to be messing with you" as he stops turning around and uses roar attack and then continues his run into town making a stop at 3 diffrent places picking up items
meanwhile at a herb shop a girl with black hair and blue eyes is putting some herbs and home made posions on the shelves " where is houndoom he should have been back by now.."

"Gah!" Singe covered his ears, "Why use that move! I was only hungry!" he whined.
"Stop being such a baby. That food wasn't yours!" Megumi's stomach then growled, making her sweat dropped, "Well it would've been nice if he shared the food... Let's just continue heading to town and see what we can find..."
"I'm already hating this journey!"

in town there is pokjemon wandering around with their human partners hound doom runs into a herb shop jummping over the gate and going insde. as some of the people and pokemon say hello to Singe and Megumi
