You're probably not going to find any of the NICER figures(Scales, Figmas, etc.) for any cheaper than like... $70+. If it's any cheaper, it's probably fake. :/
But the cheapest ones would probably be the SEGA company figures, or the Nendoroid Petit, or the Nendoroid Car thingies. Not sure where you can find them, since they are mostly sold out. There's also that other set of Rin, Miku, Miku again, and a Luka, but that's sold out in most places too.(I don't remember the name of the set sorry. >_<")
The best place to probably get figures(if they just came out) would be "http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/". Or "Hobbysearch". They usually have the best prices compared to J-List or Play Asia. They're a reliable source, but since they're so popular, they sell out pretty fast. Or you can try your chances with eBay.
