The city was dark and it was quiet, Trona looked down onto the lit streets from a rooftop, her legs were gently swaying off the edge of the very tall building. She had a lot on her mind lately. She was a lieutenant now and everything was happening so fast, she enjoyed it all but then again she needed a moment just to reflect. Her training was starting soon and she was curious to what it would involve.
The wings on her shoes wobbled. She wondered how this counted as a weapon, they did nothing however if they were the tools she was given she would have to make them work. Maybe she could learn some acrobatics, or maybe join a running season. Maybe her Captain would explain it to her, help her come up with a strategy on how to use them, he called himself a tactician after all.
The wind blew her black hair over her shoulders a large smirk coming onto her face she could not help but laugh. This was so great! Who would have guessed being a lieutenant made her so happy! She was more than she ever could be living a human life and now she had her eyes set on the prize. She was going to go up the ranks and be the best God damn solider she could be!
It was all so exciting.

Raite dusted his gloved hands of the useless mass lying at his feet. When the clouds cleared, they would reveal a negaverse agent with a man lying face-up on the ground. It was a typical scene nowadays. Granted that he was still alive, his breath coming out in ragged pants. In Raite's hands however, for a brief moment, he held the flickering glow of an energy orb harvested from a source of his irritant tonight. He looked above him, towards the roof, feeling the presence of another powered being within the vicinity. It wasn't difficult to tell that it was very much like his presence -- meaning another member of the negaverse.
And since it was nothing compared to Obsidian or Laurelite's power, he could detect that it was another lieutenant like him. His gray eyes examined the figure above him with mild interest. He didn't come across his negaverse counterparts often -- Raite rarely associated with teams or other members. He wasn't what people would easily call a team player. He still wasn't.
But whether they would prove interesting was ultimately up to them. New lieutenants mostly didn't.
But it didn't prevent him from drawing his stance up, and jumping onto the rooftop next to the newcomer. He landed with precision, his black locks tousled by the jump. "Lieutenant..?" He questioned -- with the authority of somebody who had been here for a while rather than a question to an officer with the same status.
