 She danced a bit around the baskets, excited to finally be able to have them near. It was another pair, and they looked a bit like her first baskets, but they were also different. She couldn't wait to meet the foals inside. She looked over at Albert, and smiled. "Meet the new editions!"
Albert made his way into the cavern to where Meru guarded the baskets. He couldn't help but smile as he came closer, the dappled light moving over him slowly as he made his way towards his mate and his new foals. He was beaming with pride as he saw them, nestled by his prancing mate. They were his. His others had grown up beautifully, and he was proud of his daughters. And now, he had discovered that they had had children of their own. How his Emille and Merashik had grown. He was only really acquainted with Mera and her stallion, and her daughter.
Albert reached down and nuzzled the baskets, sadly thinking how much he would really like to get to meet his grown grandchildren, and to see them at least once.

 Ailbhe had been trying not to bounce off any and all nearby trees all morning with excitement. Her mother was taking her and her brother and sister to meet their grandparents. Ail, Vivi, and Rosi had never met them before, since their mother Emile had been raising them on her own. Well, not totally alone; their dad, Redondo, had kept an eye on them and taught them how to be Cheshire cats, but that had stayed a secret from the family. It wasn't that Redondo didn't love them; it was more like he had someone else he loved, being with their mother had been an accident, but even though it'd been an accident, he did have the honor and sense of duty to help raise his "kittens," even if it had been kept a secret from their mother.
She looked around for her siblings and mother. "Are we going yet?" she called out, eager to go, regardless of how many...explanations...their mother might have to provide when their grandparents saw the three young adults with feline features (and, in Rosi's case, suspicious angeni traits) who had no father around them that they could speak of.

As she walked with her kids behind her, Emille could not of been more happy. It had spread that her parents were yet again to have children, and she couldn't be more excited to see her family, new and old. After they had let her go by herself to see the lands, she had never gone back; the problem with Redondo, raising the single kids... Emille hadn't know how she'd face her parents with such bad news. She smiled as she thought of how happy she was now, how she had found a new mate to love and stay with her (though he couldn't be here today).
She looked back at her children. Emille was very proud of the kids that her and Redondo were able to conceive, even though she was not happy about her relationship. She knew that her parents would love the three no matter how they look or acted. They were their flesh and blood, after all.
Her mother had told her stories of how lovely her grandparents were, but that's all that they were to Louvia: stories. She hadn't met them before and wasn't sure if they'd be as accepting as Emille had made them sound. They are, after all, somewhat 'b*****d' children. For herself, she didn't really care much about her father, but was happy that her mother had found a new love in someone else.
She kept looking around, wondering and staring at the things around her.

Albert was sure he heard something, his ears swiveling back and his head raising. It sounded like hoof beats, but he didn't recognize them. Exchanging a look with his mate, he made his way towards the front of the cavern, cautiously peering out through the withered vines. When he saw Emille approaching, with a few interesting-looking companions, he stepped out, and nickered a greeting to her. "It has been a while Emille. How have you been?" As the others drew closer, he noticed a resemblence between Emille and at least one of them. 'I wonder...'

As soon as Emille heard her father's greeting, she trotted towards him and immediately gave him a nuzzle on the neck. "Father! I've missed you so! It's been too long." She had thought of her family when she was traveling, but had rarely thought of actually going back to visit; it was her life to go around and see things. Though eventually, she would settle somewhere.
Emille smiled a large smile and introduced her children. "These are my children, father." Even though the circumstances where she had them were not the best, when she was introducing them, she was beaming with pride. "Rosiotti, or Rosi, is my son. Louvia, or Vivi is the young lady holding the spear with the stripes, and my little vampire girl is Ailbhe, or Ail. Come and meet your grandfather, loves."-------------------------- As she saw her mother run towards the stallion, it was obvious that it was their grandfather. Louvia started to look at him carefully. Since no one could really see where her pupils were, it was easy for Louvia to seem like she's looking at something but really looking elsewhere. Her grandfather didn't seem like he'd hate them... maybe just a little bit curious.
Louvia gave a shy, half-smile as her mother introduced them. "Nice to meet you, grandfather." She still felt kind of... weird talking to him since she really didn't like to talk to those that she didn't really know. "Best get to know them," she thought to herself. "I'm going to have to see them and talk to them more..."
She didn't see a female with her grandfather, but knew she must be lose by. "Where's um.. Grandmother?"

 The one time he decided to make a visit back home just had to be the same time his grandparents were expecting. He couldn't get away with just a couple days checking in on his mother and sisters, no. How he got roped into visiting his elders, Rosiotti would probably never figure out. But here he was. And he really wasn't too happy about it. Yeah, it was nice to meet family or whatever, but he'd much rather be off wooing the ladies.
Too late for that, though. Following behind the rest of his family with a rather sour expression and watched the interaction between his mother and, who he assumed was, his grandfather. At least he looked like a good stallion. Probably a bit proper...Probably wouldn't much like Rosi's lifestyle. Maybe he'd just leave that bit out. He may not have wanted to be there, but since he was it was best to try and make a good impression. As his mother called out his name he gave a subtle nod of his head towards Albert but kept his mouth shut.

Ail smiled as she was introduced to her grandfather. She could tell where their mother, Vivi, and her hair color had come from, as well as their mother, Rosi and Ail's cloaks. He also appeared to be the source of their mother and Vivi's spears, not to mention her mother and her shin guards. The female hooves came from him, and Rosi and their mother's coat; Rosi's collar came from him, too, but that's where the familial similarities stopped, aside from a final nod in their mother and Vivi's tail style.
They definitely looked like a family standing together, so the rest of the family probably also looked similar. It made her quite eager to meet everyone else, to see if the assumption held true.
Shaking her head slightly, she reached forward for a quick and impulsive nuzzle of her granddad. "It's very nice to meet you, Grandfather~!" she chirped delightedly.

 Rakshi was almost vibrating with excitement, he had wanted to meet the others in his mother's family, and though his sister Tian had met with their grandparents on mom's side many times, he was a little...timid. He enjoyed the stories he'd heard, and loved playing around with Tian as "Prot the dragon" but he was unsure of how everyone would react to him. He was after all such a pale creature in comparison to those of his relatives, but he was quite the adventurer...mostly.
He watched a little while, waiting for his mother and sisters to catch up, wondering if his father would be coming along as well. It was going to be quite an exciting day, and hopefully it would be enjoyable rather than something to be wary of.

Albert smiled and nuzzled Emille back. "It has been too long." He had been thinking of her as well, and was happy that he had been able to get to see her again, and that she looked alright. As she introduced the children, Ne nodded as each was introduced. he had to admit, Ailbhe looked the most like her mother out of all the children, though the cat tail was interesting, and it was nice to see Meru's bow had carried on. Louvia had the mane and tail style, and she had a type of spear, but other then that, she didn't look much like her mother. The boy, Rosi, must have looked more like his father, for he didn't resemble his mother at all. And he could tell the boy didn't want to be here by his sulky expression. It was too bad, but each was their own individual. he still have the boy a pleasant nodd. "They are all very beautiful."
He then turned his attention to Louvia. "It is a pleasure to meet you as well, Louvia. I have been looking forward to it. And Meru is in the cavern with the others. I wanted to make sure who was coming first." He smiled, and shrugged good-naturedly. "I didn't know you were coming, and I have little ones now too protect again." He turned back to Louvia. "I know she would love to meet you. All of you." He turned to look at everyone with his brown eyes, before turning back and entering the came. "Come on in."

"Come along my little ones, We don't want to keep them waiting." She smiled, looking ahead to her son who had stopped and waited for them. "Rakshi, don't stray too far ahead, ok..." She knew her family was expanding, had heard through hear say that her sister had children of her own, But today was a trip to introduce the rest of her family to her foals Sure, her mother and father had met Tian, but they'd expressed a wish to meet her other children as well and she had promised after all. fresh scars were visible on her body from the wolves attacking her when her young ones were still in their baskets and in her father's care.
Tian hopped about eagerly, charging ahead as well to pounce her brother in a fit of giggles that were followed by a fierce rawr. "Prot shall get him mother!!!" More giggles were heard from her as she lunged after him, her spotty backside a wiggle in the air.

 Leila giggled a little as she watched her siblings run ahead, her sister playing as Prot the dragon again. It was fun to watch her run around like she was a dragon, and fun as well to play dragons and knights with her and their father. "Mama, are we almost there? I wanna meet grandpa and grandma! Everyone else is gonna be there, too, right?" she wondered if her cousin was already there. They'd played tag once before and he seemed nice enough to her. But then again, anyone who was willing to be her playmate was nice in her eyes. She pranced around her mother a little, so excited to be meeting the rest of her family for the first time.

Louvia was still neither happy nor sad about well... Anything. She felt kind of bad being indifferent about meeting more of her own flesh and blood, but she couldn't help it. Vi really didn't know these Soquili and still saw them as strangers. Deep down inside of her, she was hoping that something would happen today that would change her indifference to her family.
She was just about to step into the cave where her grandmother and... Aunt/Uncle baskets were. It was weird for her to admit that well... She had aunts or uncles that were younger than her. From behind, Louvia noticed some foals with another mare coming towards them. "Must be Mother's sister." She stopped before entering and stood there, watching everyone.----------------------------------- Emille had continued to smile as she heard more hoof-steps approaching. Turning around, she saw her sister and... Foals! She had forgotten that her sister had also recently had kids of her own. Before Emille trotted to nuzzle her sister, she spoke to her kids. "You all can head into the cave to see Grandma or stay out here with Grandpa and myself to greet your auntie Merashik and her children."
She definitely knew that she wasn't going inside. She missed having foals, mostly because her kids were grown up and have someone special in their lives already). Once she was at her sister, she nuzzled Mera's neck. "Sis! I've missed you so!" Emille looked around at the little foals. "And your children are adorable!"
Emille bent her head down to the neck of each foal and gave them some nuzzles. "You guys are too cute! What are your names?" She gave them all a big smile.

Ail was about to go inside when she heard the hoofbeats and turned around to see a mare who looked kind of like her mother and grandfather...but kinda not, in a way that made her wonder if this mare took after Ail's grandmother. She smiled, not really caring that her vampiric fangs were showing; she just smiled in as innocent a way as possible, and bowed her head.
"You're Mom's sister, right?" she asked in a voice arbitrarily gone shy. You're pretty, like Mom is," she added before turning her big Cheshire smile on her very young cousins. "Hi, there!" she said, dropping her bizarre head with its feline ears and vampire fangs to their level and swishing her tiger tail excitedly.

Smiling she nuzzled her sister in return. "It has been a while. Happy to see you." She grinned and looked down at her foals. "Kids, this is your aunt Emille." She grinned wide. "The little boy over there's Rakshi, and the filly with the sea green mane's Leila, and the one trying to barbecue her brother would be Tian, but we call her Tia. She's obsessed with the stories father's told her and likes to play dragons and knights. She's really got a wild imagination." She chuckled and looked at her sister's grown kids. "My they're all big and lovely! I'm sure the girls are just beating the stallions away with sticks now days." She chuckles and look to Ail. "Thank you, I'm your auntie Merashik but I prefer to be called Mera. " She beamed at her nieces and nephew before looking back at her sister. "Mom in the cave?"
Tian Giggled and Roared at her brother before looking at her 'Aunt' She knew her mother had a sister, she just never had seen her before.. Her ears then perked as she looked to the older cat like looking soquili. Were these her cousins? Grinning a wide impish grin, she stalked her male cousin, creeping up behind him and leaping at his tail. "Rawr!!!" She giggled as she eyed his tail. "Foul snake unhand my cousin!!!" She made puffed her cheeks up and blew at his tail as though she were really a terrible dragon breathing it's flaming breath down on the snake that really was just the male's tail.
