I may be en quote "new" here at MURDER! but I've noticed something.
Games are highly monotonous.
I find that it's the same thing, lest it be a different setting or cast; the same thing over and over again.
A crowd in a secluded area, and after an amount of time, someone is murdered, and then that is repeated until either someone catches the killer through accusation, or only one civilian is alive, not including the murderer.
While this is grand and dandy and has it's high climatic moment with the right people playing, I think there should be something along the lines of game "modes".
Such as there's two killers. They may or may not be aware of each other, but if one is caught, the other still has to play until both are caught. This can lead to longer -- but more dramatic and overall more entertaining scenes.
Or possibly someone (picked randomly) can witness a murder and figure out who the killer is, but cannot accuse nor tell anyone. The whole point of the Witness is that if they can contact the protoctor before the murderer turns to them, it counts as a correct accusation. (it would be a minimal of four posts before they can even attempt to get to the protoctor.) If the killer eliminates them and wins, it counts as two points instead of only a single.
I'm just throwing suggestions out here, and I don't expect just my opinion to be enough for the game to have new rules and etcetera, but I do hope that the games to come are less monotonous than they are (to me) now.

I would agree though at the same time Its harder to make other game types work without having more active people but I do agree.

That's true. And obviously most different game modes would require more active players for it to work smoothly. But, if we did make games more appealing to new players, there's a higher chance they become a regluar for the community base.

Well we already have that kind of game: it's call- Abdullah Complex Game where there R 2 Killer. 2 different games playing at the same time, where each players can go back and forth to each room: =]

And 2 accuse: must wait for 3 post from other players before u can accuse. ((For both kind of game))

And the rest: ?

Thank you for your input. I don't mind making any changes to reduce the monotonous tone. Of course, the game mode should/will be decided by the proctor/host.

Yes, I've seen the Abdullah Complex, but what I'm leaning towards to is that there are two killers in the same room, and if one dies the other is still around.

@Lime: Thank you. And I'm sure the mode will be left up to the proctor.

well i just made a game, and I decided to make it a little harder ^.^

Its clue; and in it, I randomly choose who is who, what their weapon is, and where they start, though they don't have to start in that area. Infact, they can end up dying in that area for all I care, but it makes it harder on the players, because not only do they have to figure out the killer, but they have to place the correct weapon with them ^.^
