Alright here's what happened I want my porygon to have max EV's in SpA, but I had stray EV's, so I used berries to remove the unwanted EV's completely. Now I have 100 in HP, SpA, and Speed. For some reason it won't let me earn anymore in SpA. Any idea why this is? It is also a level 100 if that has anything to do with it.

I don't think you can earn anymore EVs once it hits Lv.100 because after it levels up and hits 100, you don't earn any more experience. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

That's correct, once a Pokemon reaches level 100, it can't be EV trained anymore.
I'm not sure if they can actually gain the EVs or not, I thought they still could, it just wouldn't affect their stats. You see, a Pokemon has to level up for the EV changes to take effect, and that is why level 100s can't EV train.
