Hi there. I'm a friend of Kamea's ( who's pregnancy is going very well by the way, I believe she is having a little boy ), and I wanted to ask a question of my own.
If you had sex about two weeks before your period but didn't use a condom, would it mean anything if you had your period but only lasted for a few days (say, three), and a couple of weeks later you started to spot?

Well it COULD. Pregnant women can spot during implantation and could continue to spot afterwards.
My suggestion would be to pick up an OTC test and take that first and in the future, no more unprotected sex. Then go from there.

Use proper birth control and be responsible if you don't feel like getting pregnant. Be responsible and mature about it. If you're responsible and mature enough to be having sex in the first place, then you're ensuring by default that you're mature and responsible enough to deal with any consequences that might arise from having unprotected sex.
Taking a pregnancy test and/or seeing a doctor would probably be a good idea, too. While you're there, you can ask about getting birth control too. smile

Now would be a very good time to get tested and find out for sure.

Some women take time to adjust to being pregnant. That can often mean short periods or spotting in the first few months.
Go buy yourself a pregnancy test.
No matter what the outcome of the test is, you must remember never EVER to have unprotected sex, regardless of what time of the month it is.
